Abstract: An edge sealing glue head for bonding a substrate assembly in a solar module device is provided, and includes: an elongated body having a groove along a length direction of the elongated body, wherein the groove has a first side edge, a second side edge and a bottom; and a fixing strip which is in an elongated shape and is connected to the first side edge of the groove along a length direction of the elongated body, thereby contacting a substrate assembly which gets into the groove, wherein the fixing strip, the groove and the substrate assembly collaboratively define a space for an adhesive to fill in.

Abstract: A solar module device and edge sealing coating method thereof are provided, which adopt a light curable adhesive to replace conventional hot melt glue and produce an unexpected effect, so as to uniformly and precisely coat the adhesive on an edge area of a substrate assembly and further reduce the cost.

Abstract: A process of electrically connecting electrodes of a photovoltaic panel is provided, comprising: applying a conductive adhesive film on the electrodes of the photovoltaic panel, wherein the conductive adhesive film comprising an insulating adhesive layer and electrical conductive particles distributed in the insulating adhesive layer; providing a metal strip along the conductive adhesive film; and performing an electrical connection process between the metal strip and the electrodes via the conductive adhesive film.

A first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate, comprising a gate electrode for a thin film transistor in the pixel region and at least one track in the terminal region. An interlayer dielectric layer is disposed on the substrate, covering the thin film transistor and the track. A second conductive layer is disposed on the interlayer dielectric layer in the pixel region, electrically connected to the thin film transistor to serve as a source/drain electrode thereof and electrically connected to the track in the terminal region. A planarization layer is disposed on the interlayer dielectric layer in the pixel region.
