Abstract: Disclosed is an image recognition method including: producing a distribution of first pixel value range by acquiring a distribution of pixel values of a plurality of pixels of a first selected block in a first surveillance image from previous M images; producing a distribution of second pixel value range by acquiring a distribution of pixel values of the pixels of the first selected block from previous N images, wherein N and M are positive integers, and N<M; obtaining a first varying parameter related to the first selected block according to the distribution of first pixel value range and the distribution of second pixel value range; and generating a first recognition signal when the first varying parameter is greater than a first threshold.

Abstract: On-line statistical process control information system and method are disclosed, which are particularly related to system and method of real-time reflecting and controlling quality of a manufacturing process by employing a database and computer network technology. With the system and method of on-line statistical process control information, information associated with each inspection lot (e.g. the associated clients, products, equipment and the like) input by inspectors is corresponded automatically to respective control charts. Meanwhile, historical data associated with the control charts are acquired to be determined if any exception is occurred by referring to criterions associated therewith. When an exception is determined to be present, a notification is issued real time to an associated operator such as by sending an email to the operator.
