    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a thermoelectric polymer film includes steps as follows. A conductive polymer liquid and a plurality of carbon nanotubes are mixed to form a mixture. The mixture is coated on a substrate to form a film precursor. Two electrode parts are arranged on the film precursor. An electric field is applied to the film precursor through the two electrode parts at a room temperature, so as to change an arrangement of the plurality of carbon nanotubes, such that the thermoelectric polymer film is formed.

    Abstract: A small generator with collective multiple magnetic poles includes a magnet, multiple magnetic poles arranged in an annular shape and facing to the magnet, an annular iron core having its outer circumference combined with the multiple magnetic poles spaced apart and equidistantly. The iron core forms magnetic circuits for the magnetic poles so as to let magnetic lines of force to pass through. A sheet-shaped coil is combined on each magnetic pole so that when the magnet is rotated around the iron core with the magnetic poles, the sheet-shaped coil may generate alternate electric current. The sheet-shaped coils are quickly made by mechanical process, with magnetic wires requited for the coils reduced a lot.

    Abstract: Stator laminated plates of an enclosed type motor are made of a preset number of laminated plates. Each laminated plate is composed of a main plate and two coupling plates. Each main plate is punched with a rotor inner hole, and two wing members extends from the two sides of the rotor hole, and spaced apart from the rotor hole in the same distance. Each wing member has its open end formed with an engage portion and each coupling plate assembled on the wing member of the main plate has the opposite ends respectively formed with a combining portion engaged with the engage portion of the wing member. The main plate and the two coupling plates are firmly combined together by mutual engagement of the engage portions and the combining portions, enabling the rotor to rotate smoothly and increasing the starting torsion and horsepower of the motor.
