Abstract: In an example, a speaker device may include a first transducer and a second transducer. The first transducer may include a first diaphragm, a first magnetic circuit, and a first voice coil disposed in a magnetic gap of the first magnetic circuit to cause vibration of the first diaphragm. The second transducer may include a second diaphragm, a second magnet circuit, and a second voice coil disposed in a magnetic gap of the second magnetic circuit to cause vibration of the second diaphragm. Further, the speaker device may include a magnetic plate having a first surface coupled to the first transducer and a second surface coupled to the second transducer. The first surface is opposite to the second surface.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a memory device including a first bottom electrode layer over a substrate. A ferroelectric switching layer is disposed over the first bottom electrode layer. A first top electrode layer is disposed over the ferroelectric switching layer. A second bottom electrode layer is disposed between the first bottom electrode layer and the ferroelectric switching layer. The second bottom electrode layer is less susceptible to oxidation than the first bottom electrode layer.

Abstract: The systems and methods herein involve an infection ultraviolet (UV) device where an enclosed area is exposed to 254 nanometer (nm) radiation, thereby reducing and quarantining airborne pathogens and microbes. This reduces transfer of said pathogens and microbes among individuals equipped with UV protection in the enclosed area.

Abstract: A respirator comprising mouth piece, at least lamp mount chamber, and at least one UV lamp. The mouth piece has at least one interface channel, such that air passage from outside the mouthpiece to the user' mouth and nose is only allowed via the at least one interface channel. The at least one lamp mount chamber is sealingy joined to and in fluid communication with the mouth piece via the at least one interface channel, and has at least one opening configured to enable air passage from outside the lamp mount chamber into the lamp mount chamber. The least one UV lamp is enclosed in the lamp mount chamber, and configured to emit UV light and expose to the UV light the air traveling from outside the respirator to the mouth piece, thereby sterilizing the air.
