The method may include: acquiring channel related information of a target user equipment (UE); acquiring a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) determined based on MCS related information, the MCS related information being acquired by an artificial intelligence (AI) network based on the channel related information; and, transmitting the determined MCS to the target UE, the target UE comprising an edge UE, the number of MCS change value of the edge UE being greater than the number of MCS change value of a center UE. The steps in this scheme can be implemented by a trained artificial intelligence method. The corresponding MCS related information may be acquired by an AI network based on the channel related information of the target UE, and the MCS of the target UE may then be determined by using the acquired MCS related information.

Then, the method is to output the first real-time coordinate, the second real-time coordinate, and the real-time lane recognition data that are processed by the delay correction, the fusion positioning coordinate, and the confidence indexes to the self-driving-vehicle controller for a self-driving operation.

However, while each unit cell may be generally the same, there may be variations such as non-linearity or noise in the analog output depending on which unit cells are activated for a given digital signal value. For example, as additional unit cells are activated for increased values of the analog signal, the fill order in which the unit cells are activated may affect the linearity/noise of the DAC. The decision units may be programmable to select which branches of the fractal DAC to activate, changing the fill order based on a fill-selection signal. The fill order may be set by a fill controller via the fill-selection signal to account for manufacturing variations, gradients in the supply voltage, output line routing, and/or environmental factors such as temperature.

Since no other masks are additionally added, a cost of the trench type power device and the manufacturing method thereof is controllable, and the device integrating the trench type power device and the source capacitor reduces use of external capacitors, thereby reducing an occupied area of a printed circuit board.
