    Abstract: An assist device for a knee joint is provided. The assist device includes a knee joint assist mechanism including a first bracket connected to a waist fixation mechanism and fixed to the lower limb and arranged along the user's thigh, a first spacing adjustment member pivotally connected to one end of the first bracket, a second bracket arranged along the user's calf, and a second spacing adjustment member pivotally connected to one end of the second bracket, in which the first spacing adjustment member and the second spacing adjustment member are engaged with each other, and respectively have coupling structures with different sizes. When the knee joint is in an extended state, the first spacing adjustment member and the second spacing adjustment member have a larger center distance formed therebetween, such that support is provided to the user's knee joint to reduce wear and defect thereof.
