    Abstract: Provided herein are processing apparatuses for producing high-quality films of sintered ceramics. The instant disclosure sets forth equipment and processes for making high quality, rapidly processed ceramic electrolyte films. These processes include high-throughput continuous sintering of oxides for use as electrolyte films. In certain processes, the film is not in contact with any surface as it sinters (i.e., during the sintering phase). Set forth herein are processes for making and using bilayers comprising a green body layer on a metal layer and bilayers comprising a sintered oxide layer on a metal layer. Set forth herein are processes for rapidly sintering thin bilayers comprising a green body layer on a metal layer in order to produce bilayers comprising a sintered oxide layer on a metal layer.

Said vibrations can be compensated for at an end effector of a robot via a Jacobian-based vibration compensation via IMU (JVCI) procedure. The output of the JVCI procedure can rely on IMU feedback and can be combined with other vibration-mitigation techniques, including various feedforward techniques.

    Abstract: In a method for fabricating a semiconductor device, a stack of alternating insulating layers and sacrificial layers are formed over a substrate. A staircase having a plurality of steps are formed in the stack. Each of the steps has a tread and a riser and further includes a respective pair of the insulating layer and the sacrificial layer over the insulating layer of the respective step. A dielectric layer is formed along the treads and risers of the steps and is doped with one or a combination of carbon, phosphorous, boron, arsenic, and oxygen. The sacrificial layers are further replaced with a conductive material to form word line layers that are arranged between the insulating layers. A plurality of word line contacts are formed to extend from the word line layers of the plurality of steps, and further extend through the dielectric layer.

    Abstract: One or more layers on a substrate secured to an electrostatic chuck are etched using a first plasma, causing an etchant byproduct to be generated. After the etching is complete, a second plasma is provided into the chamber for a first time period sufficient to remove at least a portion of the etchant byproduct. An optical emission corresponding to the amount of etchant byproduct remaining in the chamber is monitored. Upon determining that the optical emission satisfies a criterion, the chucking electrodes of the electrostatic chuck are deactivated. A second time period, sufficient to electrostatically discharge the substrate using the second plasma, is then determined. Responsive to the deactivation of the chucking electrodes, the second plasma is provided into the chamber for this second time period to discharge the substrate and release it from the electrostatic chuck. Finally, the substrate is removed from the chamber.
