Abstract: A bispecific antibody simultaneously targeting two different epitopes or targets is coupled with a camptothecin drug to form a bispecific antibody-toxin conjugate that is stable in treatment and excellent in uniformity, and a drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) thereof is 6.0-8.0. The antibody-toxin conjugate has a structure as represented by general formula (I), wherein Ab represents the bispecific antibody simultaneously targeting two different epitopes or targets, which is coupled with a linker-camptothecin drug. In addition, the present invention further relates to a preparation and purification method for the antibody-toxin conjugate, and an application thereof in tumor treatment. Furthermore, the present invention further relates to a linker-drug compound capable of being coupled with Ab to form the antibody-toxin conjugate.

The OLED display panel includes an array substrate, a protective layer and a cathode. The array substrate includes a first auxiliary electrode, a second auxiliary electrode, and a third auxiliary electrode. The third auxiliary electrode is connected to the first auxiliary electrode and the second auxiliary electrode. The protective layer is provided with an undercut opening exposing a portion of the third auxiliary electrode. The cathode extends into the undercut opening and is connected to the third auxiliary electrode.

Abstract: A thin-film transistor array substrate and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The thin-film transistor array substrate includes a substrate and a platform layer disposed on the substrate. An oxide active layer includes a channel portion and two conductor portions. A source electrode and a drain electrode are electrically connected to the conductor portions. A vertical level of a top surface of the channel portion is higher than a vertical level of a top surface of any one of the conductor portions. An orthographic projection of a gate electrode on the substrate covers orthographic projections of the platform layer and the channel portion on the substrate.

As water entering the holes with different number and deviation angle of the first and second rotary plate selectively communicate with each other, different water outputs can be provided.

Abstract: A hydroelectric power generator, comprising: a plastic seal outer shell; a skeleton main body, disposed in the plastic seal shell; an embossed flat axis, disposed penetrating in the skeleton main body; an impeller, connected and fixed to one end of the embossed flat axis, to drive the embossed flat axis into rotation; a magnet, sleeved around the embossed flat axis; a copper coil, disposed around the skeleton main body; a driving plate, connected and fixed to one end of the plastic seal shell, to drive the impeller into rotation; and a plurality of water input bosses, extending slantwise on the driving plate, having water input holes provided thereon. The hydroelectric power generator is simple in structure, easy to manufacture. In which, the slant water input holes on the driving plate are used in cooperation with the impeller, to raise the impact of the water flow.

The magnet encapsulation component includes a column-shaped plastic sleeve, a column-shaped rubber sleeve, or a column-shaped ceramic sleeve, sleeved around the magnet. The secondary encapsulation waterproof structure for a hydroelectric power generator is simple in construction, and it utilizes the secondary encapsulation waterproof structure to overcome the insufficient waterproof capability of the prior art for a hydroelectric power generator obtained through barrel plating, to raise its waterproof and corrosion resistance capability, in achieving prolonged service life for the hydroelectric power generator.

Abstract: A locking mechanism for a nail gun includes a side slot formed on a bottom side of a gun body and a nail supplying slot connected to a drive track of the nail gun. A stopper element is formed on a side of a slider element corresponding to the side slot. The gun also includes a magazine in which a nail pusher facing the nail supplying slot and a lockout element facing the side slot are formed. The nail pusher has an ear portion. The lockout element includes a pushing arm and a moveable guide slot capping with the ear portion to restrict the sliding movement of the lockout element on the nail pusher. As the pushing arm extends towards the corresponding end of the nail supplying slot, a nail is pushed into the drive track to shoot. The lockout element enters into the side slot to block the stopper element when the nail is exhausted, so as to enhance the shooting blocking effect of the nail gun.

The processing module controls a display location of the functional menu to be displayed in the touch panel based upon the input area and the receiving sequence. The processing module determines whether or not the first block is greater than the second block in the plurality of input areas corresponding to the input signal. When the first block is greater than the second block, the touch panel starts the first mode. When the first block is smaller than the second block, the touch panel starts the second mode.
