    Abstract: Embodiments of 3D memory devices and methods for forming the same are disclosed. In one example, a 3D memory device includes a multi-layer stacked structure, where the multi-layer stacked structure includes a plurality of alternately stacked conductive layers and dielectric layers. The 3D memory device further includes a semiconductor layer over the multi-layer stacked structure, and a plurality of channel structures penetrating into the multi-layer stacked structure and the semiconductor layer. A first end of each channel structure is located within the semiconductor layer, and the first ends of the channel structures are aligned with one another.

    Abstract: A method for preparing high-purity nickel-based superalloy includes the steps of: performing electron beam smelting on small cylinders in a first water-cooled copper crucible after preheating an electron gun, and converging the beam to the edge of one side of the ingot; turning on the electron gun again after completely solidifying the ingot, the electron beam spot uniformly and slowly scanning a surface of the ingot from a side opposite to a final beam converging area of the ingot to the final beam converging area of the ingot to ensure that the alloy at a position scanned by the electron beam spot is completely melted, and stopping scanning once scanning to the final converging area of the ingot; casting the molten alloy in the first water-cooled copper crucible to the second water-cooled copper crucible; taking out the refined nickel-base superalloy after cooling down the electron beam melting furnace.

The 2D meshless method includes steps: discrete nodes are arranged in the region to be solved; based on Taylor expansion and weighted least squares principle, the derivative value of vector potential can be approximated as a linear combination of vector potential values of each node in the support region; partial differential equations are converted into algebraic equations; by solving the algebraic equations, the vector potential of each node can be calculated, and then the distribution of the flux line and the flux density can be obtained. According to the electromagnetic calculation constraints of the machine, parameters such as the back electromotive force and electromagnetic torque of the machine can be obtained.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for two-phase partitioning production of a medium-chain fatty acid (MCFA) by dry anaerobic digestion. In the present disclosure, due to a slow heat transfer of the dry anaerobic digestion, a same dry anaerobic digestion device is naturally divided into two phases, and the MCFA is synthesized while producing electron acceptors and electron donors in the same dry anaerobic digestion device. Meanwhile, the dry anaerobic digestion device is provided with a high-efficiency decomposing microbial inoculant on an upper part and inoculated with sludge having a carbon chain extension function on a lower part. In this way, a material residence time is regulated, and cycles of hydrolytic acidification and carbon chain extension are shortened, thereby achieving the high-value conversion of agricultural waste while increasing a conversion rate of organic acids in the dry anaerobic digestion.
