  • Publication number: 20230364239
Abstract: A platinum-based drug/photosensitizer-loaded protein nanoparticle, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The platinum-based drug/photosensitizer-loaded protein nanoparticle includes a platinum-based drug/photosensitizer complex, and a protein that encapsulates the platinum-based drug/photosensitizer complex. The prepared nanoparticles have a small particle size, are evenly dispersed and round in shape, and have good chemical stability, light stability, and high active oxygen generation capability when irradiated by near-infrared light; in cell experiments and animal experiments, it is verified that strong cytotoxicity to tumor cells and good in vivo tumor targeting are achieved, a synergistic effect is exerted, toxic and side effects are reduced, the use of chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy in combination to treat tumors is achieved, and metastasis of tumors is inhibited.

  • Publication number: 20220110883
Abstract: Anti-tumor platinum drug mineralized protein nanoparticles and a preparation method therefor are disclosed. The anti-tumor platinum-based drug mineralized protein nanoparticles include a platinum drug and a protein. The protein is one or more selected from the group consisting of albumin, transferrin, hemoglobin, and low-density lipoprotein. The platinum drug is cisplatin, iodoplatin, bromoplatin, oxaliplatin, carboplatin, or nedaplatin. A drug loading of the anti-tumor platinum-based drug mineralized protein nanoparticles is 1% to 50%.

  • Patent number: 9988157
Abstract: A nacelle may include fan cowl panels which may be opened to provide access to the fan case. A latching mechanism may latch a left fan cowl panel to a right fan cowl panel. The latch may create a separation between the fan cowl panels when unlatched. A shoot pin latch may be aligned with a receiver cavity such that the shoot pin latch may be closed when the latching mechanism is closed. If the fan cowl panels are not fully closed, the shoot pin latch may be prevented from closing, and a high visibility handle may indicate that the fan cowl panels are not latched together.

  • Patent number: 9975642
Abstract: A nacelle may include fan cowl panels which may be opened to provide access to the fan case. A latching mechanism may latch a left fan cowl panel to a right fan cowl panel. As a handle is opened to unlatch the latching mechanism, the movement of the handle may cause a push pin to create a separation between the left fan cowl panel and the right fan cowl panel. The separation may create a visual indication that the fan cowl panels are not latched together, which may prevent an aircraft from inadvertently taking off with unlatched fan cowl panels. The push pin when extended may prevent closure of the fan cowl panels.

  • Patent number: 9945150
Abstract: A latch handle is disclosed. The latch handle may comprise a first portion and a second portion. The first portion may comprise a high aspect ratio. The second portion may have a width greater than the second portion. A nacelle is disclosed. The nacelle may comprise a first panel and a latch assembly. The latch assembly may include a latch housing and a latch handle. The latch handle may include a first portion and a second portion. The first portion may comprise an aspect ratio greater than one. The second portion may have a width greater than the width of the first portion. A cut-out configured to accommodate the latch assembly may be disposed on the first panel. The first panel may be a fan cowl panel.
