Abstract: A biaxial shearing crusher includes: two rotating shafts (5) arranged in parallel; cutting discs (3) respectively sleeved on the two rotating shafts (5) in a perpendicular form and rotating with the rotating shafts (5), wherein the cutting discs (3) on one of the rotating shafts (5) radially extend into spaces formed by the adjacent cutting discs (3) on the opposing rotating shaft (5); a tank (2) having a top opening and a bottom opening, wherein the two rotating shafts (5) are arranged in the tank (2); plates (4) mounted on sidewalls (9) of the tank (2), wherein the plates (4) extends into spaces formed by the sidewalls (9) and the adjacent cutting discs (3); a holder (6), wherein the tank (2) is mounted on the holder (6); and motors (1) mounted on the holder (6), wherein the two motors (1) drive the two rotating shafts (5) to rotate oppositely for crushing.

Abstract: A sorting and pulping device for kitchen waste includes a case (3). A screen cylinder is located within the case (3). A plurality of sieve pores are provided at a cylinder wall of the screen cylinder. A rotation shaft is located at an axle center of the screen cylinder, a bottom of the rotation shaft nears a bottom wall of the screen cylinder, and a top of the rotation shaft passes through a top of the screen cylinder and is linked with a driving device (5) located outside the case (3). Under an action of the driving device (5), the rotation shaft is driven to rotate. A plurality of blades, which are located with each other in parallel, are spirally distributed on the rotation shaft from top to bottom. Every blade inclines upwardly. A material feeding inlet (4) is located on a side wall of the case (3).

Abstract: A device for harmless treatment of poultry includes: a feeder, a crusher, a chemical manufacturing device, a solid-liquid separating equipment, a dryer, an oil-water separating equipment and a water treatment device. The device for harmless treatment of poultry of the present invention accomplishes harmless treatment of poultries in a real sense. By repeatedly experiments and improvements in recent years, the device of the present invention has various advantages of automated treatment, non-polluting treatment process, environmental protection and harmless treatment results, and recyclable and high utilization products.

Abstract: A kitchen slurry transportation device includes a power mechanism, a transmission device, a pump body, a cutting blade, and a discharging pipeline. A feeding inlet is arranged at a bottom part of the pump body. A discharging port is arranged on a sidewall of the pump body. The discharging port is intercommunicated with the pipeline. An impeller is arranged in the pump body and sleeved on a first section of the transmission device. The cutting blade is sleeved on a second section of the transmission device. The impeller is arranged in a cavity of the pump body. The cutting blade is arranged outside the pump body. The impeller and the blade are arranged coaxially, constituting a double crushing system, which is able to effectively crush and stir kitchen waste and beneficial for transporting waste slurry. The present invention has advantages of easy cleaning and maintenance, low cost, and simple structure.

Abstract: A biogas stirring device for an anaerobic tank includes: a biogas compressor, a biogas distributer, and gas inlet valves; wherein the biogas distributer includes a main pipe and a plurality of sub-pipes communicating with the main pipe; wherein a tank wall of the anaerobic tank has a plurality of installing holes corresponding to an amount of the sub-pipes; each of the installing holes is provided with one of the gas inlet valves, and an inlet end of each of the gas inlet valves communicates with one of the sub-pipes; an outlet end of each of the gas inlet valves communicates with an inside area of the anaerobic tank. Advantages of the present invention are as follows: the present invention effectively solves blockage of the conventional exhaust pipes; the present invention is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient in installation and easy in maintenance.
