    Abstract: An air fryer with a steaming function includes a cooking chamber and a water tank arranged inside a housing. A steam generator is also arranged in the air fryer. A heating chamber is provided in the steam generator. The heating chamber in the steam generator is connected to a water tank via a water pump. High-temperature steam produced in the heating chamber of the steam generator is introduced into the cooking chamber. The steam generator is equipped with an over-temperature protector and a temperature sensor. Each of the over-temperature protector, the temperature sensor, the water pump, and the steam generator is electrically connected to the controller.

    Abstract: An underwater detector includes a sealed enclosure, inside an infrared sensor module is disposed. The module rotates around a spindle at a fixed angular velocity along a horizontal plane. An electronic compass disposed on the module. A bottom of the sealed enclosure connected to an indicator through a rotary shaft, and the indicator rotates around the rotary shaft on the horizontal plane. The indicator includes a head and tail fin. A light source emits a light beam vertically upwards on the tail fin. The module is configured to trigger, when receiving the light beam, the electronic compass records a real-time direction relative to the spindle, which is processed by a processor module to obtain a direction of the water flow. A spring connects between the head and tail fin. The infrared sensor module transmits a moment of receiving the light beam to the processor module to calculate the water flow.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for non-destructive detection of egg freshness based on Raman spectroscopy technology, which belongs to the field of food detection. Partial least squares regression models are built using Raman spectroscopic data and measured values of physicochemical indexes for egg freshness, which can be used to predict egg freshness based on Raman spectrum of egg shell surface. The Raman spectroscopic data are collected in the waveband of 100-3000 cm?1. The physicochemical indexes used in the invention include the Haugh unit, the albumen pH, the air chamber diameter and the air chamber height. By using the partial least squares model, values of physicochemical index for egg freshness can be obtained from Raman spectra collected on egg shell surfaces, thus achieving the goal of non-destructive detection of egg freshness.
