  • Patent number: 12230344
Abstract: Technology is disclosed for testing a 3D memory structure. The 3D memory structure has blocks with layers of word lines. Each word line is connected to control gates of NAND memory cells. The 3D memory structure may be tested while concurrently applying a set of layer dependent voltages to a corresponding set of word lines. The magnitude of each layer dependent voltage may depend on which layer the word line to which the voltage is applied resides. There may be physical differences between the different layers such as differences in the diameters of the memory holes in which NAND string are formed. The layer dependent voltages provide for a more accurate test in view of these and other physical differences between the different layers.

  • Publication number: 20240404607
Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein for a dynamic bitscan. The dynamic bitscan may include performing a first bitscan of a first strict subset of memory cells. Then, based on results of the first bitscan, a determination is made whether to perform a second bitscan of a second strict subset of memory cells. Prior to the bitscan(s) a verify reference voltage may be applied to both strict subsets of memory cells. Skipping the second bitscan saves considerable time. However, the second bitscan is performed at least sometimes, which increases accuracy. The first strict subset of memory cells and the second strict subset of memory cells may have different locations relative to some point in the block that contains the memory cells. The first strict subset of memory cells and the second strict subset may have different programming speeds.

  • Patent number: 11744841
Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the biopharmaceutical field, and discloses uses of Trezastilbenoside in manufacture of a product for treating and/or preventing a disease of respiratory system, and particularly uses of Trezastilbenoside in manufacture of a product for treating and/or preventing a disease of respiratory system with symptoms of cough and/or expectoration and/or asthma. As indicated by the test results of the present disclosure, Trezastilbenoside has significant efficacy of relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, relieving asthma and anti-inflammation, and has a potential therapeutic effect on respiratory system diseases, thus possessing broad prospects in clinical application.

  • Publication number: 20210196737
Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of biopharmaceuticals, and discloses the application of Trezastilbenoside in the manufacture of products for treating and/or preventing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The research of the present invention shows that after giving Trezastilbenoside to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) model mice for 4 consecutive weeks, the serum TC, TG, and LDL content were all significantly reduced, and the HDL content was significantly increased, indicating that the drug has a lipid regulatory effect. The activities of AST and ALT in the serum were significantly weakened, and the infiltration of inflammatory factors in the liver tissue was reduced, indicating that the drug has a hepatoprotective effect. It can not only reduce the fat content of the liver, but also improve the pathological form of fatty liver, indicating an effect of against NASH.

  • Publication number: 20110144187
Abstract: Boronic acid-modified DNA-based aptamers can be selected to recognize fibrinogen through binding at a glycosylation site and thus are useful for probing the effect of glycosylation pattern changes on the ability for fibrinogen to mediate blood coagulation. In addition, the aptamers of the disclosure also have anticoagulation effects due to their binding to fibrinogen and its cleavage product fibrin. The present disclosure, therefore, encompasses methods for inhibiting fibrin coagulation with an aptamer capable of specifically binding to a glycosylation site of fibrinogen or fibrin. The disclosure further provides oligonucleotide aptamers comprising at least one nucleotide having a boronic acid thereon, where the aptamer is capable of selectively binding to a glycosylation site of fibrinogen, or the derivative thereof.
