Abstract: A method for power control during service transmission includes sending, by a user equipment (UE), a first signal on a first symbol set on a first carrier using a first transmit power, and sending, by the UE, a second signal on a second symbol set on a second carrier using a second transmit power. A time resource on the first symbol set overlaps with a time resource on the second symbol set. The first transmit power is a transmit power configured by a first base station. The second transmit power is less than or equal to a transmit power configured or indicated by a second base station.

Abstract: This application provides an information sending and receiving method and an information sending and receiving apparatus, to improve flexibility of sending information carried on a PUCCH. The method includes: determining, by a terminal, mi uplink symbols in the ith slot; and sending, by the terminal on the mi uplink symbols, information carried on a first PUCCH in the kth slot, where the kth slot is the kth slot in K slots used to transmit information carried on first PUCCHs, a value of mi is the same as a quantity of symbols occupied by the first PUCCH in the kth slot, K is an integer greater than 1, k is an integer greater than 1 and less than or equal to K, mi is an integer greater than 0, and i is an integer greater than 0. Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a slot format indication method, a device, and a system. The method includes: generating, by a network device, first indication information, and sending the first indication information to a terminal device; and after receiving the first indication information, determining, by the terminal device, slot formats of M CCs based on the first indication information. The first indication information indicates K slot formats. The K slot formats are the slot formats of the M CCs configured for the terminal device. At least one slot format in the K slot formats is corresponding to at least two CCs in the M CCs. Configuration parameters of the at least two CCs have at least one type of same parameter. The configuration parameter includes at least one of the following parameters: a subcarrier spacing, a cyclic prefix, a bandwidth, or a frequency band.

Abstract: A method for determining priorities of scheduling requests including: determining, by a terminal device, that a first time domain resource collides with a second time domain resource, where the first time domain resource is used to transmit a first scheduling request, and the second time domain resource is used to transmit a second scheduling request; determining, by the terminal device, a priority of the first scheduling request and a priority of the second scheduling request according to first priority information of the first scheduling request and first priority information of the second scheduling request; and if the priority of the first scheduling request is higher than the priority of the second scheduling request, sending, by the terminal device, the first scheduling request to a base station.

Abstract: This application provides an information transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: generating, by a network device, first information; and sending, by the network device, the first information to a terminal device, where the first information is used to instruct the terminal device to detect at least one group common PDCCH on N component carriers CCs, N is a positive integer and is less than or equal to M, M is a quantity of CCs configured for the terminal device, and M is a positive integer. The communication method provided in this application may improve flexibility of transmitting a feedback bit stream.
