    Abstract: A bus bar includes a bus plate for integrating battery cores and an electrically connected VSH component of the bus plate. The bus board has several connections connected to the positive or negative electrodes of the battery cells. Rows and insulation layers cover both sides of the connection rows. The VSH assembly includes a first circuit board that includes connecting lines and insulating films covering both sides of the connecting lines. One end of the battery core is connected to the corresponding connection line through a fuse, and the fuse is arranged on the corresponding insulation. On the outside of the film and the insulating layer, several welding windows are provided in the insulating film and the insulating layer. The connection lines and connection rows form soldering pads at corresponding soldering windows.

    Abstract: A battery positioning element and a battery pack to which it is applied. The battery positioning element is fixed in a group to a busbar plate of the battery pack, and a region for battery positioning is formed along the outer side of the pole lugs of the busbar plate. The battery positioning element includes a base plate and a clamping portion connected to the base plate, and the clamping portion has a clamping groove corresponding to the batteries formed on the outer side of the clamping portion. The battery positioning element locates and fixes the battery to the busbar plate of the battery pack, which is convenient for welding, and in addition, avoids shaking between the batteries during the use of the battery pack, and prolongs the service life of the battery pack.

    Abstract: A breakpoint insulating film includes an insulating film body laminated on the surface of the flexible circuit. The insulating film has a main body that includes a battery connection area, and the battery connection area is provided with several electrode holes. The battery connection area is along the insulating film body. Several positioning hole groups are provided in the length direction, and the adjacent positioning holes include several breakpoint tearing line groups between the positioning hole groups. A split line group runs through the battery connection along the width direction of the insulating film body. The film has a simple structure and can be adjusted to a certain position through a tearing line group. The position of the positioning hole group improves the positioning between the insulating film and the flexible circuit.

    Abstract: A method for assessing test adequacy of deep neural networks based on element decomposition is provided. The network testing is divided into black box testing and white box testing, of which key elements are decomposed and defined. Network parameters including a weight matrix and a bias vector are extracted. Importance values of neurons in individual layers of the deep neural network are calculated and clustered, and an importance value hot map of neurons in each layer is generated based on clustering results. Mutation testing, and index calculation and evaluation are performed.
