Abstract: An integrated circuit is provided. The integrated circuit includes a three-dimensional memory device, a first word line driving circuit and a second word line driving circuit. The three-dimensional memory device includes stacking structures separately extending along a column direction. Each stacking structure includes a stack of word lines. The stacking structures have first staircase structures at a first side and second staircase structures at a second side. The word lines extend to steps of the first and second staircase structures. The first and second word line driving circuits lie below the three-dimensional memory device, and extend along the first and second sides, respectively. Some of the word lines in each stacking structure are routed to the first word line driving circuit from a first staircase structure, and others of the word lines in each stacking structure are routed to the second word line driving circuit from a second staircase structure.

  • Publication number: 20240073563
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a time delay integration (TDI) sensor using a rolling shutter. The TDI sensor includes multiple pixel columns. Each pixel column includes multiple pixels arranged in an along-track direction, wherein two adjacent pixels or two adjacent pixel groups in every pixel column have a separation space therebetween. The separation space is equal to a pixel height multiplied by a time ratio of a line time difference of the rolling shutter and a frame period, or equal to a summation of at least one pixel height and a multiplication of the pixel height by the time ratio of the line time difference and the frame period. The TDI sensor further records defect pixels of a pixel array such that in integrating pixel data to integrators, the pixel data associated with the defect pixels is not integrated into corresponding integrators.

  • Publication number: 20180147702
Abstract: A movable wrenching tool comprises a bend shaft and a long shaft connected to the bend shaft. The bend shaft includes a first working portion extending in a first direction, a short shaft portion extending in a second direction, and a rotating portion connected to the short shaft portion. The rotating portion comprises first and second side walls extending in the second direction and being provided in parallel with each other. A position limiting notch is formed between the first and second side walls. In this case, the first direction and the second direction are different from each other. The long shaft comprises a projecting portion butted against the rotating portion, such that the projecting portion of the long shaft is inserted into the position limiting notch of the rotating portion, so as to enable the rotation of the long shaft with respect to the bend shaft.

  • Publication number: 20140069236
Abstract: A composite hand tool comprises a storage handle and a ratchet head. The storage handle includes a connection end and a hinged end. The hinged end is pivotally coupled with a plurality of wrenches. The connection end has a mounting cavity and a plurality of latch grooves formed annularly on the mounting cavity. The ratchet head has a ratchet end formed in a shape mating the mounting cavity and a locking end. The locking end has a plurality of bumps corresponding to the latch grooves. The ratchet end has a strut with an indented coupling cavity formed on the top end thereof. Hence the locking end can be coupled in the mounting cavity to allow the coupling cavity on the ratchet end, and the ratchet end forms a storage state in which anyone of the wrenches can be turned downwards and extended in a usable condition.

  • Patent number: 8275560
Abstract: A method and system to enable power measurements of a system-on-chip in various modes. In one embodiment of the invention, the system-on-chip has full controllability of its logic and circuitry to facilitate configuration of the system-on-chip into a desired mode of operation. This allows hooks or interfaces to access the system-on-chip externally for measurements. For example, in one embodiment of the invention, the hooks in the system-on-chip allow a backend tester to configure the system-on-chip into various modes easily to perform power consumption measurements of one or more individual components of the system-on-chip. The power consumption measurement of the individual components in the system-on-chip can be performed faster and can be more accurate. In addition, the overall yield of the SOC can be increased as it is easier to detect failure parts.
