The base extends into the liquid bottle, a cavity body is provided in the base for accommodating one or more of a pump, a motor and a power supply, the pump or/and the power supply is/are connected to a control assembly, a distance from a joint point of the cover body and the liquid bottle to a top surface of the cover body is less than a distance from a bottom surface of the base to the top surface of the cover body, and the cover body is connected to the base.
