    Abstract: The present application provides a table panel assembly, an examination table, and an X-ray imaging system. The table panel assembly is arranged on a base of the examination table and is used for bearing an object under examination. The table panel assembly includes a support frame and a table panel. The support frame is mounted on the base. The table panel is mounted on the support frame. The table panel is movably connected to the support frame. A rotating shaft is formed between the table panel and the support frame. The table panel can be flipped outward relative to the rotating shaft. An accommodating space is formed between the table panel and the support frame, and the accommodating space can be used for placing and moving a detector.
