Abstract: A non-volatile storage apparatus includes non-volatile memory cells, word lines connected to the non-volatile memory cells, and a control circuit connected to the word lines and the memory cells. The word lines include data word lines and dummy word lines. Memory cells connected to data word lines are configured to store host data. Memory cells connected to dummy word lines do not store host data. The control circuit is configured to erase, program and read the memory cells. Errors from threshold voltage up-shifting in the memory cells connected to dummy word lines is prevented by adjusting the voltage applied to dummy word lines.

Abstract: A system and method for nighttime lighting control and danger monitoring and alarming are provided. The system includes a data acquisition system, an information processing system, and a terminal control system. The data acquisition system is configured to acquire video information in a room and a voice content of a person in the room, and transmit the video information and the voice content to the information processing system; the information processing system is configured to obtain voice command information based on the voice content and age information and safety state information of the person based on the video information, and transmit the voice command information, the age information and the safety state information to the terminal control system; and the terminal control system is configured to control a terminal lighting fixture, and perform capturing of an image of the person and perform voice alarming according to the safety state information.

Abstract: A virtual keyboard setting method includes: determining an operation region and a trigger region, the operation region being a region operated in a screen for using an input method, and the trigger region being a region covered by an external entity when touching the screen; determining a display region of a virtual keyboard according to the operation region; determining an area of a virtual key in the virtual keyboard according to the trigger region; and setting the virtual keyboard according to the display region of the virtual keyboard and the area of the virtual key.
