    Abstract: A heat dissipation module is adapted for being installed on a circuit board. The heat dissipation module includes a fixed base and a heat dissipating device. One end of the fixed base is adapted for being fixed to the circuit board, and the other end has a rotating component. The rotating component is pivoted on the fixed base along a rotation axis. The heat dissipation device includes a heat dissipation body and an alignment member extending from the heat dissipation body, and the alignment member is adapted to be detachably connected to the rotating component. When the heat dissipation device is connected to the rotating component through the alignment member, the heat dissipation body is adapted to flip relative to the fixed base along the rotating axis.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The OLED display device includes a first substrate, an organic light emitting element disposed on the first substrate, a first inorganic layer, and a second inorganic layer. The organic light emitting element includes a first electrode disposed on the first substrate, an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer. The first inorganic layer covers the organic light emitting element, wherein the first inorganic layer has a first thickness. The second inorganic layer covers the first inorganic layer and covers the organic light emitting element, wherein the second inorganic layer has a second thickness larger than the first thickness, and the second inorganic layer has a consistency less than the consistency of the first inorganic layer.

The control unit controls on/off of the at least one parallel light source, so that the at least one parallel light source flickers at a high frequency.
