The semiconductor device includes: a substrate; an insulating layer provided with a plurality of trenches extending in a first direction; a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer, where a spacing region is provided between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; a semiconductor layer covering bottom portions and sidewalls of all channel trenches, where the channel trenches are at least a part of trench bodies of the trenches located in the spacing region; a gate dielectric layer covering a surface of the semiconductor layer in the channel trenches on a side away from the bottom portions and the sidewalls of the channel trenches; a gate layer, where at least a part of the channel trenches are fully filled with the gate layer.

Abstract: Provided are a distributed collaborative privacy calculation method and system for carbon emission in a plurality of power grids. An electricity quantity exchange matrix between regions, and a power generation information matrix, an electricity quantity exchange matrix, and a power-generation carbon emission information matrix of each region are constructed. A corresponding electricity carbon flow information matrix is calculated based on the power generation information matrix and the electricity quantity exchange matrix of each region. An electricity carbon emission balance equation is constructed, and an electricity carbon emission factor matrix of each region is calculated, where the electricity carbon emission factor matrix is constituted by an electricity carbon emission factor of a sub-region.

The method includes obtaining a first index value, a second index value, and a third index value of a cultural relic building concrete sample and comparing the index values in a database of the concrete formulation system to obtain raw material components and contents of an original preparation formula of cultural relic concrete. The method further includes preparing a repairing concrete sample, measuring the index values, of the repairing concrete sample and comparing the index values of the cultural relic building concrete sample, and if the result is that the difference between the first index values is not greater than 20%, the difference between the second index values is not greater than 60%, and the difference between the third index values is not greater than 60%, using the repairing concrete sample for cultural relic repair.
