  • Patent number: 12094093
Abstract: Disclosed is an image descattering method based on iterative optimization of an atmospheric transmission matrix, including steps: S1, constructing a descattering model based on the atmospheric transmission matrix; S2, estimating a forward scattering coefficient q corresponding to a foggy day image B; S3, based on a depth map T of the foggy day image B and the forward scattering coefficient q obtained in the step S2, estimating an initial atmospheric transmission matrix A; and S4, substituting the estimated initial atmospheric transmission matrix A into the descattering model in the step S1, and performing iterative update under a constraint condition, until a value of the descattering model satisfies a convergence condition, to obtain an optimal atmospheric transmission matrix A* and an optimal descattered image X*. The image descattering method based on the iterative optimization of the atmospheric transmission matrix provided by the present application is based on the atmospheric transmission matrix.

  • Publication number: 20220151997
Abstract: The invention provides use of epalrestat in preparation of pancreatic cancer drugs. The pancreatic cancer drugs are used for inhibiting secretion of exosomes from pancreatic cancer cells. The invention also provides a method for verifying the inhibition effect of epalrestat on secretion of exosomes from pancreatic cancer cells. The method includes steps of: extracting cell supernatant exosomes by using a low-temperature ultracentrifugation method; lysing the collected exosomes, then using a BCA kit to quantify the resulting exosomal protein, and using the measured amount of the protein to reflect the amount of the exosomes; using a transmission electron microscope to verify a double-layer lipid membrane wrapped cup-shaped structure of the exosomes; and detecting exosome protein concentration by protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with Coomassie brilliant blue. The invention provides a novel use of epalrestat, namely the inhibition of exosome secretion.

  • Publication number: 20170357946
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to clinical knowledge driven healthcare scheduling. There is disclosed a method of healthcare scheduling, comprising receiving a request to generate an appointment for a target user, the request at least containing identification of the target user; obtaining clinical knowledge associated with the target user by accessing a knowledge base, the clinical knowledge at least indicating time constraints and at least one required resource for the appointment; generating a group of prioritized candidate appointments by processing the request at least partially based on the obtained clinical knowledge, each of the candidate appointments being represented at least by appointment time and a priority; and selecting at least one recommended appointment from the group of prioritized candidate appointments based on availability of the at least one required resource. Corresponding apparatus, system and computer program product are also disclosed.
