  • Publication number: 20220366102
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an injection molding method and system. The injection molding method includes the operations of: sensing physical parameters associated with an injection molding product; analyzing physical parameters to generate an optimized digital twin model of a physical asset; and producing the injection molding product according to the optimized digital twin model. Analyzing the physical parameters to generate the optimized digital twin model of the physical asset includes operations of: simulating, by a digital twin model, the physical parameters to generate simulated parameters according to first input parameters; validating whether the digital twin model is an optimized digital twin model according to the simulated parameters and the physical parameters; and optimizing the digital twin model to generate the optimized digital twin model when the physical parameters differ from the simulated parameters.

  • Publication number: 20190047011
Abstract: Disclosed is a nebulization device with a spray orifice plate including an energy transfer element, a spray orifice plate and a driving element. The energy transfer element has at least one first penetrating hole for inputting a liquid from a side and the spray orifice plate is installed on at least one side of the energy transfer element for sealing the first penetrating hole, and the energy transfer element supports the spray orifice plate, and the spray orifice plate has at least one stepped orifice formed at a position corresponding to the first penetrating hole and serves as a transportation channel of the liquid, so that the liquid can be temporarily stored in the stepped orifice and sprayed out through the through hole after vibration and nebulization in order to improve the nebulization effect significantly.

  • Publication number: 20080077369
Abstract: The invention provides an apparatus and method for simulating a mold cooling process for injection molding. The mold includes a moldbase and a cavity; the method comprises the steps of creating a plurality of cavity meshes for the cavity, automatically creating a plurality of uniform or adaptive moldbase meshes for the moldbase, and determining the relationship between the cavity meshes and the moldbase meshes. Based on the relationship, a numerical method is applied to calculate the temperature distributions of the cavity and moldbase in the mold cooling process.
