Abstract: A sound box assembly for a display apparatus, includes: a housing defining a chamber therein, and a connecting part connected to the housing, and being configured to be connected with the display apparatus; and a loudspeaker arranged in the chamber of the housing, a sound-image center being disposed at a center position of the display apparatus when the loudspeaker playing sound. The loudspeaker includes a squawker arranged at a middle portion of the housing, a woofer and a tweeter. One of the woofer and the tweeter is arranged above the squawker and the other one of the woofer and the tweeter is arranged below the squawker.
