  • Patent number: 12143517
Abstract: The invention discloses a challenge screening method for improving the stability of a strong Physical Unclonable Function (PUF). If the stability of the group of challenges (GOCs) is quantized by 1 or 0, the GOCs are defined as stable challenges or unstable challenges respectively; the GOCs and the stability of corresponding responses are defined as a challenge-stability pair (CSP); a machining learning training dataset is constructed through CSPs for obtaining a screening model, to associate the challenge stability with the screening model; during actual application of the strong PUF, the challenge stability of a strong PUF is determined through the screening model, and stable challenges of the strong PUF are screened out to form a stable challenge set, which is input into the strong PUF to extract identity information. The challenge screening method can effectively improve the stability of various strong PUFs and has better effect with external disturbance increasing.

  • Publication number: 20240347639
Abstract: Disclosed is a TFET with an OR-AND logic function. By arranging a horizontal channel and a vertical channel in different directions, three gates are not connected and will not be affected by each other, and can control the current of a whole channel jointly; when a first gate and a second gate are both at a high level, the TFET will be turned on, and when the first gate and a third gate are both at a high level, the TFET will also be turned on; the horizontal channel not only isolates the second gate from the third gate, but also reduces the strength of coupling between the second gate and the third gate, so only a small current passes through the horizontal channel when the second gate and the third gate are both at a high level, and the TFET will not be turned on at this moment.

  • Patent number: 11985261
Abstract: Disclosed is a software PUF based on an RISC-V processor for IoT security. A 32-bit RISC-V processor is used to generate abnormal information results in an abnormal operating state under a low voltage, and the abnormal information results are used to represent the features of the 32-bit RISC-V processor; 5-bit binary data obtained by comparing the abnormal information results with normal information results has high randomness and uniqueness and it is extremely difficult to directly extract internal abnormal information result from a hardware circuit of the 32-bit RISC-V processor, so modeling attacks based on the 5-bit binary data calculated according to the abnormal information results of the 32-bit RISC-V processor are almost impossible; in addition, when the 32-bit RISC-V processor is in an abnormal operating state, the operating frequency of the 32-bit RISC-V processor is dynamically adjusted through a frequency compensation method.

  • Publication number: 20230091469
Abstract: Disclosed is an ML attack resisting method for a strong PUF. Response signals generated by applying multiple sets of different challenge signals to a strong PUF are used as information to be encrypted, and are put in order to form a plaintext matrix. Then a matrix multiplication operation is performed on two plaintext matrixes to generate a ciphertext matrix. Next, elements in a transform matrix obtained by performing binary transformation on the ciphertext matrix are used as final responses, which are in one-to-one correspondence with original challenge signals and are used as final CRPs of the matrix-encrypted strong PUF.

  • Publication number: 20230029947
Abstract: The disclosure is a medical disease feature selection method based on an improved salp swarm algorithm. The improved salp swarm algorithm is used to optimize a feature selection problem, the accuracy of the mentioned method is estimated by means of a transfer function and classification by a K-nearest neighbor algorithm, and the salp swarm algorithm is improved by using a self-adapted control parameter and an elite grey wolf ruling policy, so that it helps the algorithm avoid premature convergence in the optimization process and jump out of local optimum, thereby achieving a target of the algorithm with the smallest selected feature quantity and the highest classification precision. The method has the advantages of high rate of convergence, higher classification precision and better robustness.
