Publication number: 20240016754Abstract: This disclosure is directed to a pharmaceutical composition comprising sodium bicarbonate and a polymer-drug nanoaggregate having a polymer and a taxane. The polymer is water soluble and comprises at least one first terminal group modified with a hydrophobic moiety and a second terminal group modified with a hydrophilic moiety and can be a modified symmetrically or asymmetrically branched polymers. The taxane can include paclitaxel, docetaxel, cabazitaxel, larotaxel, milataxel, ortataxel, tesetaxel, derivatives therefrom or a combination thereof, which are water insoluble or poorly water soluble. Such polymer-drug nanoaggregates can improve drug solubility, stability, in vivo availability and efficacy, and reduce side effects such as renal toxicity. This invention is also directed to a process for producing the pharmaceutical composition comprising the polymer-drug nanoaggregate.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 4, 2023Publication date: January 18, 2024Inventors: Ray YIN, Jing PAN, Yubei ZHANG, Bingsen ZHOU, Yun YEN, Li WANG, Lin WANG, Yilong ZHANG, Ming HSEIH

Publication number: 20210248731Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer system, and a computer program product are provided for estimating output data that includes or is based on a number of containers, which may or may not be in receptacles. The method involves using an object detection algorithm operating on an input digital image to detect container images and receptacle images (if any), and using an estimation algorithm operating on the detected images to estimate the number of containers. Estimating the number of containers may involve counting the number of containers within different container classes, as determined by the object detection algorithm. Estimating the number of containers may involve estimating a size of a receptacle in a detected receptacle image based on analysis of a detected reference container image. A detected reference object image may be used to assist with classifying detected container images in different container classes.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 30, 2021Publication date: August 12, 2021Inventors: Phillippe Perron, Yilong Zhang, Douglas Long

Patent number: 10631219Abstract: A communication system onboard an aircraft includes: a first multi-frequency transceiver coupled to a first antenna; a second multi-frequency transceiver coupled to a second antenna; and at least one processor communicatively coupled to a memory, the first multi-frequency transceiver, and the second multi-frequency transceiver. The at least one processor is configured to: establish a first air-to-ground data communication link with the first multi-frequency transceiver and a first ground station using a first frequency; determine that a handoff from the first frequency to a second frequency is needed, wherein the second frequency is different from the first frequency; and establish a second air-to-ground data communication link with the second multi-frequency transceiver and a second ground station using a second frequency, wherein the first air-to-ground data communication link is maintained until the second air-to-ground data communication link is successfully established.Type: GrantFiled: March 2, 2016Date of Patent: April 21, 2020Assignee: Honeywell International Inc.Inventors: Yilong Zhang, Haiping Chen

Publication number: 20070104093Abstract: A method of inter-RPR-ring bridge redundancy configures a priority for each inter-ring bridge; constitutes a redundancy group by more than one inter-ring bridges on both two RPR rings, and configures one inter-ring bridge as a primary inter-ring bridge in the redundancy group which is in charge of forwarding packets, while the other(s) is (are) set to be secondary inter-ring bridge(s). When the redundancy group changes, an inter-ring bridge with the highest priority and having an inter-ring communication ability is elected to be the primary inter-ring bridge. According to the method provided by the present invention, an RPR ring can recover rapidly after the RPR bridge changes. As a result, the services on the RPR ring are ensured to be used normally, the network communication delay is reduced, and the burden of the network communication is reduced.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 21, 2006Publication date: May 10, 2007Inventors: Jian Li, Yilong Zhang, Zhifeng He
