    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the preparation and application of modified extracellular vesicles specifically targeted to the kidneys. These modified extracellular vesicles are derived from fibroblastic reticular cells in the mesentery tissue and express anti-inflammatory proteins after being modified with anchor peptides. By combining the extracellular vesicles secreted from fibroblastic reticular cells in the mesentery tissue with anchor peptides, the present invention ensures the effective targeting of the exosomes to the kidneys. Additionally, through genetic engineering of fibroblastic reticular cells, the exosomes secreted by these cells can carry the target molecule, anti-inflammatory protein CD5L, achieving precise targeted therapy for the kidneys. This innovative treatment strategy holds promising potential for the treatment of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury, bringing positive impacts to patients' health.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a multistage variable burning rate solid rocket motor and a forming method. A multi-material composite fiber skeleton structure is embedded inside a propellant in the present invention, so that the original burning rate of the propellant presents multistage changes to achieve the function of multistage thrust. The fiber skeleton structure embedded in the solid rocket motor is formed by additive manufacturing, fixed in a combustion chamber, and then charged at one time to complete the forming of a motor grain. The design can greatly increase the burning rates of the propellants of end-burning and bore-burning motors, and can also conduct multistage adjustment for the burning rates of the motors by changing the fiber skeleton and structure, so as to satisfy the requirements of missile weapon systems for multistage power propulsion. The present invention greatly simplifies the technological production process of the existing single-chamber multi-thrust motor.

At least one LiDAR is provided on each of two sides of a rear part of the tractor. A reflector with a reflective surface is fixedly provided at a front part of the trailer, and the reflective surface faces the LiDARs. The method includes: controlling the LiDARs to emit laser light, such that the reflective surface of the reflector reflects the laser light; controlling each of the LiDARs to receive a corresponding laser point cloud reflected by the reflector; and calculating a trailer angle based on the corresponding laser point clouds. The method and apparatus can increase the range of trailer angle measurement, such that the trailer angle can be measured even if the trailer angle is relatively large.
