  • Patent number: 6791838
Abstract: A flexible assembly system and mechanism adapted for optical projection apparatus, the flexible assembly system includes a flexible element, a heat-sink element, a digital micro-mirror device module, an optical holder and a locked element, wherein the locked element is serially connected the flexible element, the heat-sink element, the digital micro-mirror device module and the optical holder, for making each element be formed in one-piece, whereby using the flexible element to eliminate the accumulative tolerance between each assembly element, and producing a compact combination between the heat-sink element and the digital micro-mirror device module, so that the digital micro-mirror device module has a best heat dissipating effect.

  • Patent number: 6733157
Abstract: A radiating apparatus for U-shape projector system includes a ventiduct structure with a ventiduct space, an air input end-and an air output end arranged at two ends of the ventiduct structure, and a projecting tens arranged outside the ventiduct structure. A light source has a lamp center and is arranged in the ventiduct space. A lamp radiating fan inhales an air to flow toward the lamp center of the lamp, and a radiating fan drain the air out of the ventiduct space.

  • Patent number: 6570717
Abstract: An adjustable lens assembly includes a lens barrel for carrying a lens, at least one guiding member having a shaft axis parallel to the optical axis of the lens barrel for guiding the direction of motion of the lens barrel, a gear shaft driven by a driving source, a driving member meshing with the gear shaft, and a connection mechanism connecting the lens barrel and the driving member. The connection mechanism is capable of adjusting itself with multiple degrees of freedom so that if there is three-dimensional skew bias between the gear shaft and the optical axis or the guiding member, the lens barrel can be driven smoothly.
