Abstract: A box cutter structure is provided, including a shell, having a blade-projecting end and a restriction portion; a blade carrier, slidably disposed in the shell for carrying a blade, having a pushed portion; a pushing assembly, disposed on the shell, being operable from outside the shell to move between a locking position and a releasing position, having an pushing portion and a blocking portion; wherein, when the pushing assembly is in the locking position, the restriction portion blocks a path along which the blocking portion moves toward the blade-projecting end, and the blade is unprojectable out of the blade-projecting end; when the pushing assembly is in the releasing position, the restriction portion is not on a path along which the blocking portion moves toward the blade-projecting end, and the blade is projectable out of the blade-projecting end.

Abstract: A box cutter structure includes a shell, a swinging member pivoted to the shell, a blade carrier slidingly disposed in the shell, and a linkage mechanism including first and second linkages. Two ends of the first linkage are pivoted respectively to the blade carrier and an end of the second linkage, and the other end of the second linkage pivoted to the tail end. An elastic recovery mechanism is connected with the blade carrier and the shell and has a tendency to actuate the blade carrier toward the tail end. When the swinging member swings toward the shell, the pivoting portion is pushed and abutted by the swinging member and moves forward, and the first linkage swings about the pivoting portion and pushes the blade carrier to move toward the blade-projecting end.

Abstract: A box cutter includes a housing with a blade slide slidably received therein. A pivotal member is pivotably connected to of the blade slide. An inclined face is defined in one of surfaces of the pivotal member and is gradually raised. The inclined face is connected to a pressing area which has two respective rounded guide portions. A spring is connected between the pivotal member and the housing to maintain the blade slide at the initial position. A button is slidably connected to outside of the cover and a spring is connected between the button and the cover. The button is moved to move the blade slide from the initial position thereof to an extended position. When the blade is cutting a workpiece, the blade is tilt and the pivotal member is pivoted by the cover so that blade slide is retracted into the housing.

Abstract: A hand tool includes a handle and a holding member is connected to the front end of the handle. A first part is connected to one end of the holding member and is connected to a second part connected to the front end of the handle. The first part has a first recess defined transversely therethrough. A second recess and a third recess are respectively in one side of the first part and communicate with the first recess. The second recess is located between the first and third recesses. A control unit has two pins which are movably cooperated with the first, second and the third recesses. The second pin is connected to the first pin. When pushing the first pin toward the second pin, the first part is shifted from the second part so that a blade is inserted into or removed from the first and second parts.

Abstract: A blade replaceable hacksaw includes a spine with a handle connected thereto. A tension adjustor and a first blade securing portion are connected to the first and second ends of the spine. A positioning block is pivotably connected to the second end of the spine and a second blade securing portion is formed to the positioning block. A protrusion extends from the first end of the positioning block. A stop is connected to the second end of the spine and has an inclined face and a top face. When the positioning block is pivoted upward and supported on the inclined face, a first blade is connected between the first blade securing portion and the tension adjustor. When the positioning block is pivoted downward and the protrusion contacts the stop face of the stop, a second blade is connected between the second blade securing portion and the tension adjustor.

The hacksaw blade is connected between the engaging portion connected to the handle of the hacksaw and one of the three connection portions of the blade adapter to set the hacksaw blade at two different angular positions relative to the spine. The hacksaw blade can be set to be parallel to the spine or at an angle relative to the spine. A jabsaw blade is able to be connected to the front end of the hacksaw.

In a storage position the actuator is fastened at the bottom of the handle. The actuator is adapted to dispose about perpendicular to the handle by pivoting such that subsequently moving the actuator axially through an axial slot of the handle will extend front portions of a blade and a blade carrier out of the handle. In this position, a user can exert a greater force in cutting an object by grasping both the handle and the handgrip.

Abstract: A utility knife includes a fixed blade in a first handle at one end and a self-retracting blade in a second handle at the other end. The utility knife further includes a locking member slidably positioned on a bifurcation of the second handle adjacent the first handle. In a locked position of the locking member either blade can be used. The locking member is adapted to slide toward the first handle to disengage the housing of the second handle from the first handle prior to replacing the self-retracting blade. A user may have two blade options when using the utility knife, thereby increasing working efficiency.
