  • Patent number: 12326739
Abstract: A high-pressure labor-saving pressure regulator includes a main body, valve core assembly, main piston assembly, balance piston, and pressure regulating handle. The inside of the main body has a pressure reducing space, an input channel, and an output channel. The pressure reducing space includes a first subspace and a second subspace communicated by a seat port. The valve core member is used to regulate an opening of the seat port, and two ends of a poppet spring are respectively abutted against the valve core member and the main body. The main piston assembly includes a piston rod, a main piston, and a pressure regulating spring. A space between a bottom surface of the main piston and the main body, and a space between a top surface of the balance piston and the main body, allows fluid to flow into the top surface of the balance piston.

  • Publication number: 20110248198
Abstract: A high-pressure armature set of a fluid solenoid valve features that a plunger has an extended portion or a balance seat that is received by a degaussing rod having an excitation element or by the armature tube, so as to balance pressure of a primary inlet at two ends of the plunger. The plunger has an axial through hole allowing fluid coming from an outlet end to reach a front end of the plunger so as to balance pressure of a secondary outlet at the two ends of the plunger. Thereby, the armature set is adaptive to a solenoid valve with larger fluid pressure without increasing the solenoid valve body in size. The extended portion of plunger or the balance seat enters the degaussing rod or the armature tube, so the attraction the degaussing rod acts on the plunger is increased and power consumption caused by coil excitation is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6733044
Abstract: A device for sealingly connecting together a pair of fluid-conditioning units such as pressure regulators, filters, and lubricators used in compressed air systems comprises a plurality of body units each having two opposite side apertures, two external coupling mechanisms wherein one external coupling mechanisms has one end fastened in one side aperture of the first one of the body units and the other end thereof linked to a pipe, and the other external coupling mechanism has one end fastened in one side aperture of the last one of the body units and the other end thereof linked to another pipe, and one or more internal coupling mechanisms each fastened between the other side apertures of two adjacent body units. The invention can couple to a variety of pipes of the fluid-conditioning units by simply replacing the original external coupling mechanisms with new ones having mated sizes.
