  • Publication number: 20240084069
Abstract: A resin matrix composition is provided in the present invention. The resin matrix composition includes an epoxy resin, a polysulfone engineering plastic, a modified polyetherimide and an amine curing agent. The modified polyetherimide is formed from a nucleophilic compound and polyetherimide. The nucleophilic compound has a nucleophile such as hydroxyl group, sulfhydryl group, carboxyl group and/or amine group. Therefore, a resin matrix with two phase separation of island phase and co-continuous phase is formed. The resin matrix can have both great flexural strength and toughness. Moreover, the resin matrix has suitable viscosity, such that it is appropriate for impregnating carbon fiber to produce prepreg and carbon fiber composites.

  • Publication number: 20080265271
Abstract: A light-emitting element package including a heat conductive layer having a first surface and a second surface, a dielectric layer disposed on the first surface of the heat conductive layer and having an opening exposing the heat conductive layer, two electrodes disposed on the dielectric layer at a side far away from the heat conductive layer, a light-emitting element, and a transparent sealing layer. The light-emitting element is disposed in the opening, carried on the first surface of the heat conductive layer, and electrically coupled to the two electrodes. The transparent sealing layer encapsulates the light-emitting element, the heat conductive layer, and the two electrodes, and exposes part of the two electrodes and the second surface of the heat conductive layer.

  • Publication number: 20050167081
Abstract: A method for controlling operation of a refrigerator having two evaporators is provided which allows food to be effectively stored in refrigerating and freezing chambers of the refrigerator. A Refrigerating-Freezing (RF) cycle and/or a Freezing (F) cycle of the refrigerator and compressor operation are controlled based on temperatures of various chambers within the refrigerator. This may be further enhanced by also controlling operation of the evaporators and their respective evaporator fans to further optimize cooling output and efficiency. In this manner, the various refrigerating and freezing chambers of the refrigerator can be maintained at an appropriate temperature, power consumption is minimized, and load on the compressor can be adequately managed so as to provide for effective food storage.

  • Publication number: 20040077217
Abstract: A shielding cage assembly (100) for shielding a plurality of transceiver modules (4) therein includes a connecting cover (2) and a plurality of transceiver cages (1). The transceiver cages are arranged in parallel beneath the connecting cover. A plurality of retaining tabs (720a) extends from each conductive cage to pass through corresponding slots (211) defined through the connecting cover. The connecting cover further includes a plurality of mounting pins (221) received in corresponding mounting holes (32) in a printed circuit board (3). An opening (31) is defined through the printed circuit board. The transceiver cages are received in the opening with their bottom portions extending below the circuit board.
