Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-base station queued preambles allocation method based on collaboration between multiple agent, which provides a non-competitive preambles allocation method in a scenario of multiple base stations and multiple cells, so as to solve the congestion problem caused during random access of massive MTCDs. The devices are queued to select the preambles based on deep reinforcement learning, and a training method based on federal learning is applied, thus effectively solving the congestion problem caused by competitive access. First, the newly accessed devices are grouped and the level of priority is set according to a delay tolerance time. Then, the device are reasonably allocated to idle queues by means of a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm. Finally, by means of a federal training method, the neural network of each agent is synchronously optimized by means of average optimization of neural network gradients, thus completing preambles allocation to each agent.

Abstract: A user matching and power distribution methods for a MIMO-NOMA downlink communication system is provided. The user matching method includes: dividing all users into a strong user group and a weak user group according to a channel gain sorting result; and sequentially selecting a user in the strong user group, calculating a correlation coefficient between the user and each user in the weak user group, selecting a weak user with the highest correlation coefficient as a weak user in a cluster where the strong user is located, and excluding matched users from respective user groups, until the matching between all strong users and weak users are completed. The present invention enables weak users in a cluster to experience less inter-cluster interference in scenarios where the channel correlation between users is relatively low, thereby improving the total throughput of the communication system.

Abstract: Layered super-hydrophilic Ti—Cu-MOFs and a preparation method and use thereof provided, which relates to the technical field of composite materials. According to the present application, copper ions and titanium ions are used as bimetallic centers to have a coordination reaction with rigid aromatic amine ligands, and layered super-hydrophilic Ti—Cu-MOFs with a lamellar structure is efficiently synthesized. Compared with the prior technology, the preparation method of the present application is simple, and the morphology and structure are controllable; the surface of the prepared layered super-hydrophilic Ti—Cu-MOFs are rich in hydroxyl groups, and have high adsorption capacity for phospholipid co-extracts in clinical biological samples, and thus can be used for the analysis of phenothiazine drugs and metabolites thereof in biological samples and realize one-step separation and purification, thus greatly improving the pretreatment efficiency of clinical biological samples and shortening the analysis time.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a text classification system based on feature selection and a method thereof in the technical field of natural language processing and short text classification, comprising: acquiring a text classification data set; dividing the text classification data set into a training text set and a test text set, and then pre-processing the training text set and the test text set; extracting feature entries from the pre-processed training text set through improved chi-square statistics to form feature subsets; using TF-IWF algorithm to give the weight to the extracted feature entries; based on the weighted feature entries, establishing a short text classification model based on a support vector machine; and classifying the pre-processed test text set by the short text classification model. The present disclosure solves the problem that the short text content is sparse to some extent, thereby improving the performance of short text classification.

The method includes: acquiring imaging logging data and lab observing data of a stratum; inputting the imaging logging data and the lab observing data, to form dimensionless data and performing data normalization on the data; denoising known continuous data; marking a to-be-supplemented data point location; performing data supplementing for a point location in a predetermined order; and restoring a data dimension to obtain the overall logging data by supplementing.
