Abstract: A drug for preventing and/or treating a brain tumor and an application thereof. The drug comprises Plasmodium. The drug has significant preventive and/or therapeutic effects on a brain tumor, and is capable of inhibiting the growth of the brain tumor and prolonging the life span of a patient, and has no obvious side effects and has a high safety level. The drug expands treatment methods for brain tumors. Due to the specificity and sensitivity of brain tissues, chemotherapeutic drugs cannot easily cross the blood-brain barrier and exert anti-tumor effects. The drug mainly regulates the immunological functions and inflammation-related factors of the body to break through the blood-brain barrier by fully activating immunocompetence and inhibiting the growth of a brain tumor, thereby extending lifespan.
