  • Publication number: 20150286310
Abstract: A passive touch pen for a capacitive touch screen is provided. The passive touch pen includes a first pen tube, a second pen tube, a fixing post, a conductive pen tip, a circuit board, and a conductive element. The first pen tube is made of a conductive material. The second pen tube is made of a nonconductive material. The conductive element is connected with a negative trace of the circuit board and contacted with the first pen tube. Consequently, the electric energy of the human body is transmitted to the conductive pen tip through the conductive element. Moreover, a negative electrode part is electrically connected with the negative trace of the circuit board through the first pen tube and the conductive element. Consequently, the complexity of the fabricating process and the fabricating cost are reduced.

  • Publication number: 20150286309
Abstract: A passive touch pen for a capacitive touch screen is provided. The passive touch pen includes a conductive pen tube, a solid fixing post, and a conductive pen tip. The solid fixing post is disposed within the conductive pen tube. The conductive pen tip is sheathed around the solid fixing post and exposed outside the conductive pen tube. The conductive pen tip includes a protrusion part. The protrusion part is protruded from an inner surface of the conductive pen tip and contacted with the solid fixing post. After the conductive pen tip is compressed in the direction toward the solid fixing post, the conductive pen tip is restored to a non-compressed original shape in response to a restoring force of the protrusion part. Since the conductive pen tip has the elastic protrusion part, it is not necessary to form a vent in the solid fixing post.

  • Patent number: 9146649
Abstract: A passive touch pen for a capacitive touch screen is provided. The passive touch pen includes a pen tube, a fixing post, and a conductive rubber tip. The pen tube has a vent. The fixing post is disposed within the pen tube, and includes a first perforation and a second perforation. The first perforation is open to a top surface of the fixing post. The second perforation is open to a lateral surface of the fixing post. The conductive rubber tip is sheathed around the fixing post and exposed outside the pen tube. After the conductive rubber tip is no longer compressed, air can be quickly introduced into to a vacant space between the conductive rubber tip and the top surface of the fixing post through the vent, the second perforation and the first perforation. Consequently, the conductive rubber tip is restored to an original non-compressed shape.

  • Patent number: 8933355
Abstract: A switch triggering device of an electronic device is provided. By the switch triggering device, a switch on a top surface of a circuit board can be controlled from a bottom side of the electronic device. The switch triggering device includes a first linkage element, a second linkage element and a third linkage element, which are arranged between an upper cover and a base of the electronic device. The second linkage element is pivotally coupled to the upper cover. The two ends of the second linkage element are pivotally coupled to the first linkage element and the third linkage element, respectively. When the first linkage element is pressed from the base and moved toward the upper cover, the second linkage element is rotated relative to the upper cover. Consequently, the third linkage element is correspondingly moved toward the switch so as to trigger the switch.

  • Patent number: 8643601
Abstract: A retractable cable mouse includes a casing, a cable reel member, a connector, a sliding member, and an elastic element. The connector is coupled with the cable reel member and contacted with the sliding member. The elastic element is contacted with the sliding member and coupled with the casing. When the sliding member is moved to a first position, the connector is stored within the casing, and the sliding member is sustained against elastic element, so that the elastic element is compressed. When the sliding member is pulled out of the casing, the compressed elastic element provides an elastic force. In response to the elastic force, the sliding member is moved to a second position. Meanwhile, a perforation of the casing is blocked by sliding member, so that the external dust or foreign material fails to be introduced into the internal portion of the casing.

  • Patent number: 7518459
Abstract: A harmonic-rejection modulation device is provided, which includes a phase splitter, a low pass filter, and a modulator. Based on a square wave, the phase splitter generates a plurality of unfiltered local oscillating signals having phase angles of 0°, 30°, 90°, 120°, 180°, 210°, 270° and 300°, respectively. The low pass filter filters the high frequency components of the unfiltered local oscillating signals to generate a plurality of local oscillating signals having phase angles of 0°, 30°, 90°, 120°, 180°, 210°, 270° and 300°, respectively. The modulator modulates a baseband signal with the local oscillating signals, wherein the third harmonics of the local oscillating signals are eliminated by the modulation process of the modulator.
