Abstract: A plastic floor plank includes an elongated bottom layer and a rectangular top layer. The bottom layer includes two opposite long sides and two opposite short sides. One long side includes tongues, and the other long side includes grooves opposing the tongues. The tongue is substantially complimentary to the groove. The rectangular top layer has a top surface provided with a wood grain design. The top layer has substantially the same size as the bottom layer when the tongues along one side of the bottom layer are cut. The top layer has an adhesive bottom surface bonded with a top surface of the bottom layer to laminate the top layer and the bottom layer together. In an installation, the tongues of one floor plank are inserted into the grooves of the other floor plank, and a gap is formed between the tongue and the groove.

Abstract: A plastic floor brick includes a plastic layer having a patterned first side and a second side. An absorbing layer is disposed on the second side of the plastic layer. The absorbing layer is made of foam rubber such that the absorbing layer provides a buffer effect. An adhering layer is disposed on the absorbing layer opposite to the plastic layer. The adhering layer is thin and made of thermoplastic glue such that the plastic floor brick can be repeatedly adhered. The thermoplastic glue contains petroleum oil, petroleum resin, thermoplastic rubber and antioxidant.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a floor pad that has antibacterial and anti static electricity functions firstly forms a substrate layer that is made of EVA, plastic material or wood. The top of the substrate layer is applied a layer of paint that contains nano powdered metal mineral crystal. The layer of paint forms an antibacterial and anti static electricity surface after being baked and hardened.
