    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an automatic speed-changing winch capable of autonomous clutch engagement and disengagement, as well as automatic speed adjustment based on different load. The winch autonomously allows the drum and gear mechanism to engage and disengage via a contact clutch. The gear mechanism automatically selects different transmission ratios based on the load on the drum: a smaller transmission ratio and higher speed under lower loads, and a larger transmission ratio and stronger load capacity under higher loads. This automatic speed-changing winch of the present disclosure can achieve these functions entirely mechanically, or through a combination of mechanical structure and electromagnetic control.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a suction pressure regulating valve and a parallel compressor system. The suction pressure regulating valve includes a valve body having a suction channel for communicating with a suction port of a compressor; a valve core disposed in the valve body and allowed to extend into and retract from the suction channel to change a flow area of the suction channel; and a rotating member rotatably connected to the valve body and cooperating with the valve core, wherein the rotating member is configured to rotate relative to the valve body so as to drive the valve core to extend into and retract from the suction channel. In this way, by using the suction pressure regulating valve, real-time regulation may be made according to different working conditions or flows, which may allow the compressor to achieve a good pressure equalization effect under various working conditions without repeated disassembly and assembly of pipelines for debugging, and to have superior reliability and safety.

    Abstract: A method for rapid identification of Huso dauricus and its hybrids provides a DNA molecule of SEQ ID NO: 1 and application of the DNA molecule or more than 10 consecutive nucleotides therein or more than 3 consecutive nucleotides at a terminal thereof as a sturgeon germplasm molecular marker for identifying a sturgeon germplasm of interest, which is Huso dauricus or hybrids of Huso dauricus and other sturgeons. 50 bp InDel mutation region unique to Huso dauricus is screened out. Based on the specific insert fragment, a dominant/co-dominant germplasm-specific molecular marker is developed for identifying Huso dauricus and its hybrids. The dominant molecular marker Hdau216p is used to identify Huso dauricus and hybrids of Huso dauricus blood. According to length specificity of PCR amplification products of Huso dauricus and other sturgeons, co-dominant molecular marker Hdau195l is used to quickly identify purebreds of Huso dauricus and corresponding hybrids by PCR.
