  • Patent number: 6368095
Abstract: A servo injection molding machine includes an injection screw, a ball screw, and a spline shaft that are mounted along the same axis. The spline shaft and the injection screw are connected by a connecting seat. An injection servomotor drives an injection sleeve mounted to a side of an injection seat, which, in turn, makes a ball nut drive a ball screw to move rectilinearly. A metering servomotor drives the spline shaft on a feeding seat to rotate in a direction that is same as or different from that of the injection servomotor or to rotate at a speed the same or not the same as that of the injection servomotor, thereby controlling the spline shaft to rotate on site or move rectilinearly for performing injection.

  • Patent number: 6363841
Abstract: A roaster oven includes a rotatable frame and an oil tray. The rotatable frame consists of a left and a right rotatable disc member and a plurality of spits are provided between them. The right rotatable disc member has a plurality of recessed grooves for receiving spits. A plurality of projecting strips are formed to face the recessed grooves, respectively having an insert hole between each projection strip and each of the disc surface. The end of each spit is bent downward forming an insert strip with its lower portion shaped as a triangle-like stop strip for pushing against the bottom edge of the projection strip after the insert strip is inserted through the insert hole, thus finishing the assembly. Further, an oil-guiding member is provided near the bottom edges of three inner walls of the roaster oven and extends to an oil-receiving range of an oil tray.

  • Patent number: 6257128
Abstract: A roaster oven includes a housing, a door combined with a front side of the housing and a rotating frame for piercing food placed in the housing. A support base is respectively provided under two sides of the bottom of the housing for the door to be opened and placed under the housing and between the two support bases. The housing has a guide slot respectively formed in two inner opposite sidewalls to permit the rotating frame placed in the housing along the guide slots. Plural shove plates are provided on one of two rotatable discs of the rotating frame, and when the rotating frame rotates with one of the shove plate contact a stop rod fixed on an inner wall of the housing, that shove plate rotates one of pierce rods with food pierced on it for a certain angle. The roaster oven in the invention is easy to handle, taking small space and having high safety.

  • Patent number: 6169298
Abstract: A semiconductor light emitting device, such as the light emitting diode (LED) or the laser diode (LD), having a structure in which a light emitting area is a double heterostructure or a multi-layer quantum well structure. The light emitting area is formed on a substrate. Subsequently, an electrically conductive oxide layer as a transparent window layer to eliminate the crowding effect is formed on the light emitting area. The substrate layer consists of a GaAs substrate and a GaAsP layer to increasing the band gap energy of the substrate. The electrically conductive oxide layer is formed of AlZnO(x) material, having a lower electrical resistivity and a high transparency in the visible wavelength region. The window layer is formed using a physical vapor deposition or a metalorganic chemical vapor deposition.

  • Patent number: 6097041
Abstract: A light emitting diode includes a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type. A first electrode is formed on a part of the substrate. A reflection stack of the first conductivity type is formed on the substrate. An active layer is then formed on the reflection stack. An anti-reflection stack of a second conductivity type is grown on the active layer, and the anti-reflection stack consists of a plurality of layers, wherein each layer has a thickness of (m+1).lambda./2, where m is zero or a positive integer and .lambda. is a wavelength of radiation generated by the active layer. A window layer of the second conductivity type is formed on the anti-reflection stack. A second electrode is then formed on a part of the window layer.

  • Patent number: 6020681
Abstract: A color cathode-ray tube, and a method for manufacturing this color cathode-ray tube capable of reducing light/dark line patterns produced while the color cathode-ray tube is operated. Exposing light which has passed through a correction lens made of a continuous lens and a discontinuous lens is irradiated onto a photosensitive film of an inner surface of a face panel of the color cathode-ray tube via a shadow mask so as to expose this photosensitive film, and then while using the exposed photosensitive film as a mask, fluorescent dot patterns are formed on a surface of the face panel. The correction lens having a discontinuous plane owns a plurality of light incident planes, a light projection plane for projecting the light entered into the light incident planes outside this light projection plane, and a plurality of level difference planes arranged between the light incident planes located adjacent to each other.
