    Abstract: Known attempts using engineered bacteria to produce P(3HB-co-4HB) with carbon sources that are structurally unrelated to 4-hydroxybutyrate resulted in relatively low 4HB monomer content of 1.5 to 5 mol %. The current invention provides recombinant hosts for producing P(3HB-co-4HB) wherein the plasmid including succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase gene (sucD gene) and 4-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase gene (4hbD gene) further includes pyruvate decarboxylase promoter (Ppdc). It was found that the 4HB monomer content in P(3HB-co-4HB) is significantly enhanced to be over 20 mol %, in the range of 8.8 to 23 mol %.

Each fault detection model uses a plurality of variables to model one or more components of the multi-variable system and is adapted to detect normal or faulty operation of an associated component or set of components of the multi-variable system.     Abstract: An exterior lever lock device with a clutch assembly is mounted on a door, is connected to a bolt and an indoor lever lock device and has a lever assembly, a driving assembly, a clutch assembly and a driven assembly. The driven assembly has an inner sleeve and a locking panel fastened to the clutch assembly and selectively engaging the inner sleeve. Therefore, whenever the lever lock is locked or unlocked, as long as there is a turning force applied to the lever assembly, the lever assembly turns and is not broken easily. An endurance of the exterior lever lock device is prolonged for improved lock performance.

    Abstract: A method for automatically diagnosing faults a data storage system. The system includes a plurality of enclosures each having: a primary port; an expansion port; a plurality of disk drives; and a link control card coupled to the primary port and to the expansion port and the plurality of disk drives. The link control card includes a cut through switch having: disk drive port error counters for counting at ports of the plurality of disk drives; a primary port error counter for counting cumulative errors at the primary port, and an expansion port error counter for counting cumulative errors at the expansion port. The primary ports and expansion ports are serially interconnected to the storage processor through a fiber channel loop. The method sequentially reads counters in each one of the enclosures to determine whether errors counted in any one of such counters exceeds a predetermined threshold over a predetermined period of time.
