    Abstract: An antenna array may be provided. The antenna array comprises N radiating elements and M phase shifters, where M is less than N. N may be an integer greater than or equal to three. M may be an integer greater than or equal to two. The N radiating elements may be arranged linearly. Two adjacent radiating elements may be separated substantially by an integer multiple of a first spacing. The N radiating elements may be grouped into a first number of groups, wherein each of the groups comprises at least one and at most M adjacent radiating elements. The N radiating elements may be connected to the M phase shifters in such a way that: one radiating element is connected to at most one phase shifter; and two sequential radiating elements connected to the same phase shifter are separated by a second spacing, the second spacing being substantially an integer multiple of M multiplied by the first spacing.

The pre-emulsification of a formulation of elastic vesicles includes heating and uniformly mixing water of a water phase of the formulation and active ingredients until the active ingredients completely dissolve in the water, and adding an oil phase of the formulation premixed with edge activators to accomplish the pre-emulsification. The homogenization step includes using a device for miniaturizing or nanometerizing particles to proceed with disruption and homogenization.

    Abstract: A water-permeable pipe includes inner and outer tubular units cooperatively defining an outer passage therebetween. Each tubular unit includes a water-permeable outer layer coated with a waterproof inner layer, two end portions, and an interconnecting member including a plurality of spaced apart joints that interconnect the end portions. The end portions of the inner tubular unit are diametrically opposite to the end portions of the outer tubular unit. Each adjacent pair of the joints define an interstice therebetween that permits water to flow therethrough and that fluidly communicates an inner passage in the inner tubular unit and the outer passage, and the outer passage and an external environment, respectively.
