    Abstract: An information handling system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores data associated with cooling fans and other components within the information handling system. The processor receives a first set of data for a baseline cooling condition within the information handling system, and a second set of data for a current cooling condition. The processor determines whether a first subset of data in the first set of data is substantially equal to a second subset of data in the second set of data. If so, the processor determines whether a baseline device temperature is substantially equal to a current device temperature. If not, the processor determines a first degradation issue within the information handling system based on cooling fans in a first fan zone are operating at full speed, and both a first device temperature increases and a downstream components temperature increase.

    Abstract: A conductive paste composition, including aluminum powder; an organic carrier including an organic solvent and resin or cellulose; and phenoxy alkyl alcohol accounting for 2˜10% of weight of the conductive paste composition. The conductive paste composition includes the phenoxy alkyl alcohol, and thus resultant conductive paste not only has enhanced surface tension, but also has an increased difference in surface tension between the resultant conductive paste and a cell to therefore alter wetting behavior between the paste and a silicon wafer, to reduce the broadening behavior of the wiring lines printed, increase the aspect ratio of printing wiring, increase the light-receiving area of the solar cells, and enhance the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of the solar cells (especially local back surface field solar cells and PERC bifacial cells).

    Abstract: A conductive paste composed of an aluminum powder, an organic carrier consisting of an organic solvent and resin or cellulose, a glass powder, and a lead oxide. A total content of the glass powder and the lead oxide is from about 1.0 to 6.0 wt % of the conductive paste; and a content of the lead oxide is from about 0.5 to 3.0 wt % of the conductive paste. The conductive paste contains specific percentages of glass powder and lead oxide and can be used in manufacturing solar cells, and the solar cells so manufactured can have increased photovoltaic conversion efficiency without the need of using any expensive laser drilling apparatus, large plant space and any precision-alignment printing machine. With these advantages, the conductive paste is able to promote photovoltaic industry upgrading.

The aluminum paste used for local back surface field solar cell and the local back surface field solar cell using the aluminum paste eliminate the powder extraction of aluminum powder, the aluminum beads, the adhesion of the aluminum layer to the SiNx capping layer, and the void issue occurred at the LBSF positions, which further improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the local back surface field solar cell.
