  • Patent number: 11964259
Abstract: A catalyst composition for hydrogenating 4,4?-methylenedianiline derivatives is provided. The catalyst composition includes a carrier including aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide, a rhodium-ruthenium active layer loaded on the surface of the carrier, and a solvent including an organic amine. The weight percentage of magnesium oxide in the carrier is between 12% and 30%. A method for preparing 4,4?-methylene bis(cyclohexylamine) derivatives using the catalyst composition is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240088147
Abstract: An integrated circuit includes a first terminal-conductor, a second terminal-conductor, and a gate-conductor between the first terminal-conductor and the second terminal-conductor. The first terminal-conductor intersects both an active-region structure and a power rail. The second terminal-conductor intersects the active-region structure without intersecting the power rail. The gate-conductor intersects the active-region structure and is adjacent to the first terminal-conductor and the second terminal-conductor. A first width of the first terminal-conductor is larger than a second width of the second terminal-conductor by a predetermined amount.

  • Publication number: 20120157873
Abstract: A wake-up device, used for awaking a user in a nap or a short-term sleep, includes an electroencephalogram (EEG) sensor, a processing module and a wake-up module. The EEG sensor is disposed on the user's head for sensing an EEG signal from the user. The processing module is coupled with the EEG sensor, and receives and processes the EEG signal. If the user is determined in the sleep stage 2 according to the EEG signal, the processing module outputs a wake-up signal. The wake-up module is coupled to the processing module for receiving the wake-up signal, and awakes the user according to the wake-up signal.
