  • Patent number: 9952216
Abstract: Herein are described a set of novel specific human enhancers for specific forebrain cell types used to study and select for human neural progenitor cells. This approach enables the ability to generate interneurons from human ES, iPS and iN cells, making them available for human transplantation and for molecular/cellular analyzes. These approaches are also directly applicable to generating other neuronal cell types, such as cortical and striatal projection neurons, which have implications for many human diseases.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20150100474
Abstract: An Internet Rosca data processing method, including the following steps executed by a server: (A) receiving a plurality of first instructions transmitted by a plurality of user terminals so that a plurality of members are added into a Rosca set that includes a plurality of Rosca groups; (B) classifying the plurality of members as loan benchmark members and investment benchmark members according to the plurality of first instructions, account information of the plurality of members stored in a storage module, and winning bid information and bidding information in the first Rosca group of the Rosca set that are stored in the storage module; and (C) adding the loan benchmark members and the investment benchmark members into a second Rosca group according to a predetermined percentage to obtain all members of the second Rosca group.

  • Publication number: 20150056702
Abstract: A method is provided, including adding a phthalide to a stem cell medium to provide a phthalide-containing medium, and then culturing a stem cell using the phthalide-containing medium. The use of a phthalide in a medium for culturing stem cells optionally maintains the pluripotency of stem cells. The phthalide also enhances the generation efficiency of induced pluripotent stem cells to decrease the culture cost.
