  • Patent number: 7765942
Abstract: An interlocking component assembly of an expandable rack assembly is proposed, including a plurality of horizontally-deposed panels each formed with a first opening, a plurality of vertically-deposed panels each disposed between two horizontally-deposed panels, a plurality of middle joint components each disposed in vertically-deposed panels, and a plurality of interlocking components each adapted for interconnecting two middle joint components to interconnect and fasten the horizontally-deposed panel to the vertically-deposed panel, wherein the height of the vertically-deposed panel is greater than the length of the middle joint component, such that the vertically-deposed panel can be coupled to the interlocking component to securely engage the horizontally-deposed panel with the vertically-deposed panel, thereby enabling the rack assembly to be free from limitations of assembling locations or dimensional specifications while the structural rigidity and strength of the assembled rack unit is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 7467721
Abstract: A combined components assembly of a combined rack is provided, which at least includes a lateral rack board, an erect rack board, an expansion material, an intensified rack board and a serial joint material. The lateral rack board and the erect rack board can form a frame unit and can be serial fixed by the serial joint material; and the expansion material can stride over the erect rack board and correspond to the lateral rack board to connect other frame units or bond the intensified rack board, such that elastic expansion and variation functions of the combined rack are provided. Furthermore, structural strength of the combined rack can be enhanced by the serial fixation of the serial joint material and the bond of the intensified rack board.

  • Patent number: 6922896
Abstract: A method for fabricating a slat-screen assembly is provided, wherein the slat-screen assembly is formed by at least one slat member, at least one spacer member and an axial member that penetrates through the slat member and the spacer member, allowing a plurality of slat members and spacer members to be mounted to the axial member with adjacent slat members being spaced apart from each other by a spacer member. The slat member can be flexibly fabricated by a construction material such as metal, plastic, wood, glass, stone, etc. The spacer member can be desirably processed into different shapes as long as it provides the function for spacing adjacent slat members apart. With flexible combination and arrangement of the slat member, spacer member and axial member, a variety of slat-screen assemblies can be fabricated with desirable shapes, materials and mechanical strengths.
