The light-transmitting plate mounted on the rotating shaft is used to replace an existing signal lamp, reducing the space occupied by the original signal lamp, decreasing the volume of a headlamp.

In some embodiments, the one or more experiments may utilize an explore/exploit algorithm (e.g., a multi-armed bandit algorithm) to identify an optimal selection of item assets.
