    Abstract: In accordance with techniques for image to structured workflow diagram conversion, an image of a human-drawn workflow diagram is received by a workflow platform. Using one or more image recognition algorithms, the workflow platform detects shapes and lines in the human-drawn workflow diagram, and in one or more implementations, the workflow platform extends the detected lines. Relationships between the shapes are determined based on relative positionings of the extended lines with respect to the shapes. The workflow platform is configured to generate a structured workflow diagram for display in a user interface, and the structured workflow diagram includes compute nodes representing the shapes that are connected by generated lines representing the relationships. In addition, a structured workflow file is generated representing the structured workflow diagram.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a stabilization treatment liquid for a 690 MPa-grade weather-resistant bridge steel member. The content in percentage by mass of each component of the stabilization treatment liquid is as follows: the content of ferric trichloride is 3-7%; the content of sodium bisulfite is 1-2%; the content of chromium sulfate is 3-6%; the content of potassium permanganate is 1-4%; the content of polypropylene glycol is 1-2%; the content of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is 2-5%; and the remainder is deionized water. Also provided is a method for performing stabilization treatment by using the stabilization treatment liquid. According to the present invention, stabilization treatment for a rust layer of a 690 MPa-grade weather-resistant bridge steel member can be achieved, and after treatment, a brown rust layer having uniform color and no rust liquid flow is formed on the surface of the 690 MPa-grade weather-resistant bridge steel member.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is related to the field of polymer materials, and, in particular, to a method for synthesizing a bio-based polyamide. More specifically, the disclosure provides a method for synthesizing a block copolymer consisting of a hard segment of a polyamide prepared via solid state polycondensation and a soft segment of a polyether polyol. Due to a reaction of itaconic acid, which contains a carbon-carbon double bond, with hexamethylenediamine, the bio-based polyamide is greatly different from conventional linear polyamides and exhibits a lower glass transition temperature and excellent mechanical properties. Unlike conventional processes for preparing modified polyamides, the bio-based polyamide is synthesized, according to the method, through chain extension of a polyamide with an excess amount of a diisocyanate based on amine value of the polyamide and then crosslinking of the resulting product with a polyether polyol by using glycerol as a crosslinking agent.

In one embodiment, a substrate support cover includes a bulk member coated with a fluoride coating. The substrate support cover is placed on a substrate support disposed in the processing chamber during a cleaning process. The fluoride coating does not react with the cleaning species. The substrate support cover protects the substrate support from reacting with the cleaning species, leading to reduced condensation formed on chamber components, which in turn leads to reduced contamination of the substrate in subsequent processes.

In one implementation, the apparatus is a processing chamber including a first RPS coupled to a lid of the processing chamber and a second RPS coupled to a side wall of the processing chamber. The first RPS is utilized for delivering deposition radicals into a processing region in the processing chamber and the second RPS is utilized for delivering cleaning radicals into the processing region. The processing chamber further includes a radical delivery ring disposed between a showerhead and a substrate support for delivering cleaning radicals from the second RPS into the processing region. Having separate RPSs for deposition and clean along with introducing radicals from the RPSs into the processing region using separate delivery channels minimizes cross contamination and cyclic change on the RPSs, leading to improved deposition rate drifting and particle performance.

    Abstract: An acoustic wave device system with its piezoelectric layer originating from a single crystal piezoelectric wafer/substrate is invented along with sets of detailed process steps to fabricate such a device using wafer-to-wafer and/or die-to-wafer bonding technologies. The proposed device system is particularly good to make bulk acoustic wave (BAW) devices. Methods allowing the single crystal piezoelectric wafer/substrate to be re-used are also given. The proposed methods include detailed process steps to allow heterogeneous integration of electrical chips into the system in a very cost efficient manner. The invention provides a practical and low-cost approach to fabricate the radio frequency (RF) front end chip incorporating RF filters and electronic components integrated into a small footprint which is particularly useful for mobile device and RF stations.
