    Abstract: The present invention provides a fault detection method and system based on an adapter tool shank and relates to the technical field of fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment. The method includes: obtaining a displacement signal of the adapter tool shank; based on the displacement signal, determining a feed rate; based on the feed rate, building a cutting force model; based on the cutting force model, building a disturbance model; building an observer model; based on the disturbance model and the observer model, determining a cutting force error; based on the observer model, determining a wear rate of the adapter tool shank; combining the cutting force error and the wear rate to perform fault detection; and based on a fault detection result, judging whether the adapter tool shank is faulted. The present invention improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis, reduces the maintenance cost, and improves the production efficiency.

The method includes: obtaining data of a cutting force, an acoustic emission signal and a vibration signal, and extracting a plurality of statistical features from data of the cutting force and the acoustic emission signal; extracting a singularity feature from the vibration signal by combining a singularity analysis with a wavelet transform; building a tool wear state monitoring model based on a random forest, using an obtained feature to perform preliminary training, and outputting a wear prediction result; and based on the real-time data of the cutting force, the acoustic emission signal and the vibration signal, monitoring the wear state of the tool through the refined model.

Differences in physical and chemical properties of products due to a nonuniform polymerization degree of maltodextrin are reduced, and the problem that a Maillard reaction is likely to be induced when the maltodextrin is mixed with an amino acid or protein is solved.

    Abstract: In an ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer, ion cyclotron resonance signals at higher harmonics of cyclotron frequency are employed to increase the resolution of ICR mass spectrometer without increasing the magnetic field. The detection electrodes consist of M (where M is an integer) identical electrodes arranged in M-fold symmetry about the axis of the coherent cyclotron motion of the observed ions. In an ion cyclotron having four points of voltage in space, the cyclotron electrodes are set up in clockwise symmetric fashion. To increase the resolution in signal detection resulting from the potential induced by ions moving in orbits in the specrometer, the first and third voltages are added and the second and fourth voltages are subtracted from the sum of the first and third voltages.
