Patent number: 12373407Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a method for detecting data anomalies. A method may include: receiving test data; and matching the test data with a data rule determined on the basis of historical data having a shared data type with the test data. The data rule contains an antecedent and a consequent predicate set. An intersection of the antecedent predicate set and the consequent predicate set is an empty set. The antecedent predicate set contains at least one antecedent predicate. The consequent predicate set contains at least one consequent predicate. When the data to be tested satisfies all the antecedent predicates in the antecedent predicate set and fails to satisfy at least one consequent predicate in the consequent predicate set, the test data is flagged as anomalous due to failure to satisfy the data rule.Type: GrantFiled: September 13, 2023Date of Patent: July 29, 2025Assignee: SIEMENS AKTIENGESELLSCHAFTInventors: Cheng Feng, Ying Qu

Publication number: 20250085013Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to control parameter optimization technologies. Various embodiments include methods and apparatus for optimizing control parameters. At least one group of initial control parameters within a preset range is randomly generated, to obtain a group of current control parameters; it is determined whether a number of updates has exceeded a preset threshold, referring to a total number of times that the current control parameters have been changed; the group of current control parameters is changed when the number of updates does not reach the preset threshold; and air conditioning control parameters are optimized according to control parameters corresponding to a comprehensive score of a combination when the number of updates reaches the preset threshold.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 25, 2022Publication date: March 13, 2025Applicant: Siemens Schweiz AGInventors: Jin Yan Guan, Ying Qu, Cheng Feng, Xiao Nan Liu

Patent number: 11913022Abstract: Human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) can give rise to multiple cell types and hold great promise in regenerative medicine and disease modeling applications. The Inventors herein developed a reliable two-step protocol to generate human mammary-like organoids from iPSCs. Non-neural ectoderm cell-containing spheres, referred to as mEBs, were first differentiated and enriched from iPSCs using MammoCult medium. Gene expression profile analysis suggested that mammary gland function-associated signaling pathways were hallmarks of 10-d differentiated mEBs. The Inventors generated mammary-like organoids from 10-d mEBs using 3D floating mixed gel culture and a three-stage differentiation procedure. These organoids expressed common breast tissue, luminal, and basal markers, including estrogen receptor, and could be induced to produce milk protein. These results demonstrate that human iPSCs can be directed in vitro toward mammary lineage differentiation.Type: GrantFiled: January 25, 2018Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: Cedars-Sinai Medical CenterInventors: Ying Qu, Xiaojiang Cui, Dhruv Sareen, Armando E.
