Abstract: A golf club head joining method is provided, which utilizes a soldering joining process to assemble the golf club head. The joining method includes the steps of providing a first component and a second component, wherein the first and second components are made of metal materials; subsequently, the step of applying a coating of active metal or compounds suitable to be affixed with a soldering metal material on the first component and the second component; and the last step of finally joining the first component to the second component, enabling the two to become one. Therefore, the joining method enables the joining of the golf club head not to be restricted to the use of certain materials and enhances the joint strength without incurring additional costs or complicating the manufacturing process.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a wax mold of a golf club head includes steps of positioning a male die assembly in a first cavity of a first female die, injecting dissolvable wax into the first cavity to form a dissolvable wax mold, removing the first female die to take out the solidified dissolvable wax mold, positioning the dissolvable wax mold and the male die assembly in a second cavity of a second female die, injecting wax for precision casting into the second cavity to form a head wax mold, removing the second female die to take out the solidified head wax mold, and injecting solvent into the head wax mold to dissolve the dissolvable wax mold.

Abstract: A method for jointing a golf club head is provided, which uses a brazing joint process to perform the jointing operation. The method includes steps of providing a first component, providing a second component, coating a layer of active metal suitable for jointing with an active metal solder on the first component and the second component, and jointing the first component with the second component, such that the first component and the second component are jointed together. The method for jointing a golf club head effectively reduces the processing cost of introduced protective gas and metal solders, and prevents the high-temperature oxidation of the golf club head. In addition, the process can be performed in a continuous furnace, so as to effectively improve the overall production capacity and yield.
