    Abstract: A compressor system includes a compressor including a compressor inlet, a compressor outlet, and a bearing assembly, the compressor configured to compress a heat transfer fluid. An additive dispenser is fluidly coupled to the compressor upstream of the bearing assembly. The additive dispenser is configured to controllably release a volume of an additive material into the heat transfer fluid, the additive material configured to lubricate the bearing assembly. A method of lubricating a bearing assembly of compressor includes locating a volume of additive material at an additive dispenser fluidly coupled to a compressor, dispensing a portion of the additive material into the flow of heat transfer fluid at a selected time, flowing the heat transfer fluid containing the additive material to a bearing assembly of the compressor, and lubricating the bearing assembly of the compressor with the additive material.

The gaseous precursor may include methyltrichlorosilane (MTS) and the gaseous mitigation agent may include hydrogen gas. The introduction of the gaseous precursor may result in densification of the porous preform(s) and the introduction of the gaseous mitigation agent may shift the reaction equilibrium to disfavor the formation of harmful and/or pyrophoric byproduct deposits, which can accumulate in an exhaust conduit 340 of the system.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying clouds and cloud shadows in satellite imagery are described herein. In an embodiment, a system receives a plurality of images of agronomic fields produced using one or more frequency bands. The system also receives corresponding data identifying cloud and cloud shadow locations in the images. The system trains a machine learning system to identify at least cloud locations using the images as inputs and at least data identifying pixels as cloud pixels or non-cloud pixels as outputs. When the system receives one or more particular images of a particular agronomic field produced using the one or more frequency bands, the system uses the one or more particular images as inputs into the machine learning system to identify a plurality of pixels in the one or more particular images as particular cloud locations.
