  • Publication number: 20230194338
Abstract: A device and a method for detecting a light irradiating angle are disclosed. The device, used to detect the incident direction of a light ray, includes a solar sensor and a processor. The sensing unit of the solar sensor has sensing areas. The sensing areas correspondingly generate sensing signals based on the intensity of the light ray. A mask covers the sensing unit and has an X-shaped light transmitting portion. The light ray transmits the X-shaped light transmitting portion to form an X-axis light ray and a Y-axis light ray. The X-axis light ray intersects the Y-axis light ray. The X-axis light ray and the Y-axis light ray fall on the sensing area. The processor, coupled to the sensing unit, receives the sensing signals and determines information of the incident direction according to the sensing signals.

  • Patent number: 11142351
Abstract: Provided are an earth satellite attitude data fusion system and method, applicable to an earth satellite space environment to estimate attitude data of a satellite. When the earth satellite attitude data fusion system of the present invention is used to perform the earth satellite attitude data fusion method, the first step is to perform a body rates/quaternion attitude data processing operation. Then, the next step is to perform an attitude/rates data fusion processing operation, wherein an attitude data fusion algorithm module receives a first IAE result data from a first EKF, and a second IAE result data from a second EKF, and performs an attitude/rates data fusion algorithm in a subsystem level to evaluate an attitude estimation IAE performance based on the first IAE result data, and the second IAE result data.

  • Publication number: 20210180952
Abstract: A microelectromechanical gyroscope system is provided. The system includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a third substrate. The substrates respectively have a first fixing, a second fixing, and a third fixing surfaces. The system further includes a first sensing, a second sensing and a third sensing module boards respectively fixed to the fixing surfaces. Each sensing module board has several microelectromechanical gyroscopes. A signal processing control board is electrically connected to the first sensing module board, the second sensing module board, and the third sensing module board. Wherein the first substrate, the second substrate, and the third substrate are perpendicular to each other. With the above structure, on each system coordinate axis of the microelectromechanical gyroscope system, at least one gyroscope is aligned with it for data acquisition and measurement. Accordingly, the measurement accuracy of the system is improved.

  • Publication number: 20140267696
Abstract: A glitch-free data fusion method for combining multiple attitude solutions is disclosed, wherein a star camera is set as the master star camera. After acquiring attitude solutions from the star cameras, a rotation difference is calculated between a master attitude solution acquired from the master star camera and a slave attitude solution acquired from other star cameras. Then, a steady difference is acquired from the rotation difference via a low pass filter for correcting the slave attitude solution. When combining the corrected slave attitude solutions with the master attitude solution, the attitude glitches or attitude jumps, which occur while transitioning between data fusion configurations with different number of available attitude solutions, can be eliminated.

  • Patent number: 4887914
Abstract: An aerostatic bearing with an adjustable stabilizing structure suitable to be applied to a linear sliding rail of a precision test instrument or a precision tool machine, etc., comprises a bearing body with a round or other shaped planes. The plane is furnished with a pocket, a plurality of radial grooves, and a ring-shaped grooves, being in communication with one another. The outer edge of the bearing body is provides with an air intake extended, through an intake passsage, to an area nearing a pocket. The intake passage is in communication with the pocket through a first orifice. A spacing member with a second orifice is movably mounted in the intake passage so as to form a cavity between the two orifices.
